Keri and her team actually listened and didn't just brush things off. They did more in-depth lab work and explained things in a way that made sense. I ended up starting a personalized plan that included hormone therapy, and over the next few months I noticed a big difference. My energy is better, and I just feel more like myself again. I have spent months trying to talk to someone. Billing has been very kind and trying to get a manager or someone to call to discuss. No one seems to care that I am being charged for a test they did not perform or if they did, it was done against parental consent (no rsv result has ever been disclosed to me, even as I have been fighting this bill). I am planning on reporting Shay Davis to the state board of nursing. This is no longer about the cost but the principle. This should not be allowed to happen to anyone or any patient. If you can go somewhere else, please do.

I called PP and asked them why my local PP facility was closed even though they scheduled me for an appointment. I was told it was "because there is a party today." The lady on the phone who worked in customer service said that this kept happening at this location and she thankfully got me in on the next day. On an even worse note, my close friend usually gets texts and emails from them when it's her appointment time, but they never sent a message to her and now she might be pregnant because of this. When she called asking when her next appointment was, they told her she was a MONTH late for her shot. When asked why she didn't get any messages, they said that "the email was lowercase so it didn't send." She also did not receive a notice for her being a "no-show" either. She also never received an appointment card or any written documentation for an appointment. My appointment dates are always written on the information papers from the depo-shot as well and not in an actual appointment card. I am in no way bashing planned parenthood, but if you are using the Springfield MO facility, take extra care and attention to when you are due for shots or checkups and write them down and put them in your calendar. I NEVER write reviews but I would hate for someone to have an experience like this and miss crucial birth control shots or procedures in general. I understand people mess up, but this isn't the kind of thing to take lightly. Thank you for the staff for always being kind, and I hope that this issue is resolved soon! These people can truly help you, just make sure you can keep track of appointment times and dates.
