They truly care about providing quality work, both installers Jimmy and Dustin are proud of their workmanship, as they should be. Not all fence installers are the same. For one, it's crucial to dig 3 feet down to secure your fence and not all do. They were faced with tree roots, hidden bricks, bushes in the way and consulted with us as they went along, in event we had any concerns (like where the property line was). Owner Jim Puopolo manages the business side. They do not contract out. Installers Dustin and Jim are pleasant, enjoy what they do and have many many years of experience. They were able to get us the style of fence we wanted where other places we tried could not. Since they had to cut out some roots, there was a gap in one area and without asking, they put rocks to block, knowing we have dogs. We had great difficulty with customer service re: Boston Iron Group. FYI, it wasn't mentioned…read moreduring our initial estimate, but it's standard for them to complete painting touch up on site when they deliver your railing. I questioned the workers doing this as it was about to rain, but they assured me that it would be fine. We had a downpour within one hour of them painting and sure enough, the paint job suffered. I had to contact Aylton, the owner, repeatedly for 6 weeks before the painting was finally touched up. There were many weather days when painting was not an option, but the company didn't try to fulfill their promise of correcting things in a timely manner or without my constant reminding. I recommend looking elsewhere for your railing needs.

Personally, Miron is trustworthy, hardworking and does not waste your time and gets right to the job. Miron helped us remodel many things in our house and he worked painstakingly to make sure it is done to perfection. He is intelligent, honest and does not cut corners. I personally think he is definitely one of the top ten contractors around. We have already recommended him to many of our friends. He is a big-hearted man and I am sure he will never disappoint anyone with his job, ever.
