Scheduling was fairly simple, and the service went well as scheduled. However, due to the invasive nature of the tree, it started to sprout back. Upon notifying Arbor Care, they were quick to send someone to come back and address the tree again at no additional charge. There have been no issues since. I appreciate their helpfulness when a re-service was required. When speaking to Brittni on the phone she was so thorough in getting all the info and was knowledgeable about what the process would be. When they removed the stump they pulled up the irrigation line and did not bury it back. When I called to have them come out to bury the irrigation line they never bothered to respond so I had to pay a company to come out and bury it.
