She was also the one that washed my hair. I voiced my concern about sensitivity and she was like no problem and even informed my hair dresser. She was gentle with washing my hair. Then my hair dresser Winnie, felt like I was talking to my aunt. So sweet and gentle with me. She heard my concerns and gave recommendations. I usually never talk a lot during other hair cutting sessions at other places, but with her, we were chatting away. I showed her a picture as well and she nailed it. However the person actually touching my hair was not that great. This assistant burned my forehead during bleaching session, tugged and was so rough with my hair. Did not apply the dye properly leaving patchy work. I washed my hair twice with proper care: using cold water, purple depositing shampoo, blue depositing conditioner. The color fell out so fast and is now an ugly patchy mess.
