The treatment did not come out the same, and it felt like a cheaper product or formula was used. The prices are reasonable but not cheap, which I don't mind if the quality is consistent. However, the second experience caused me to lose trust, and I won't be returning. The salon is quiet and reasonably clean, and the service was decent. It's also usually not very busy. I originally chose this salon because of the positive Yelp reviews, but after my experience, I'm not sure they reflect the quality I received.

She's phenomenal. She truly knows how to work with all hair types and textures and always goes out of her way to make sure her clients leave happy. From the moment you walk into the salon, you're greeted with smiles and the best positive vibes by the stylists and receptionist. I come here almost weekly for my blow-dries, and I've honestly sat with every stylist. They all know how to work with my hair and make me feel content. They already know how I like my hair done and won't let me get up until I'm happy. Shout-out to Shayla, Arianna, Stella, Nina, Francisco, Nafisa, and Gulya every single one of them has done my hair and they're all amazing. I also want to highlight the ladies who wash hair, Emma and Valentina, who are both amazing. Your hair feels so clean, and the scalp massage is next level. Every visit feels pampering and relaxing. I am so glad I went with my gut and got my hair cut from here. The first woman who greeted me, I think Su, was so lovely and accommodating as I was a walk in. She was also the one that washed my hair. I voiced my concern about sensitivity and she was like no problem and even informed my hair dresser. She was gentle with washing my hair. Then my hair dresser Winnie, felt like I was talking to my aunt. So sweet and gentle with me. She heard my concerns and gave recommendations. I usually never talk a lot during other hair cutting sessions at other places, but with her, we were chatting away. I showed her a picture as well and she nailed it. For anyone who is giving this place a try, or any hair cut in general, always bring an inspo pic. I suggest to make an appointment, or walk in and make an appointment. They were very busy, which is a good sign. They do speak English pretty well, but also speak other languages like Canto.
