I've gotten 5 piercings…read morehere, (my ears, both sides of my nose, and my septum) and they've all healed perfectly, and I had no issues with them. I recently went in, about a month? ago. I walked in and asked for new jewelry for my nostril piercings. The lady wasn't very friendly or talkative, and she gave me the wrong jewelry. She gave me a hoop without telling me I was going to need pliars to open AND close it, and she gave me a stud that was for the opposite side I wanted it in. Then charged me $25 for the 2 pieces. She didn't offer to put them in for me, or even help. She grabbed them with her bare hands, put them in a tiny bag and charged me. Yea I can just switch the jewelry, but I got the stud in (after 10 minutes) and can no longer get it out without it being painful. Also I told her what sides I told her I wanted them in prior to me buying the jewelry. I will be back for more piercings, since it was just a 1 time thing, but I am definitely very upset about this.

She is amazing and I can't recommend enough work her way because she's super cool and her art and work is out of this world. I literally hunted her down like a creeper to ask her to do my tattoo. The shop she's at I found out is all woman owned , my fear when I went to the shop was that it'd be clicky or catty and it couldn't be further from the truth . I have observed being there that this group of ladies couldn't put better vibes out into the world even if they wanted to they are that extraordinary. I watch as they joke around and encourage each other, uplift each other and help each other both with clients and their love of tattoos and their art. Looking around I know each lady is phenomenal at the craft and I would gladly wear a tattoo from any of them . they on more than one occasion have gone out of their way to help the other people in the shop and be honest about the quality and expectations . The atmosphere when you're in there is like you're chilling with your best friends. You feel open to chat and talk and enjoy the process. Or even for some chill with head phones and be in the zone there are so accommodating and welcoming . But I tend to laugh my ass off they are that wonderful. The shop is super clean. I lost my nipple jewelry and went in to get replacements. I had bars and wanted rings but my gauge…read morewas high and I have really small nipples and didn't think large rings would look right. I told the front person that I would sacrifice gauge size for the rings to look right. He didn't seem to hear me and said oh no I needed to keep my size. I let them put them in and I was so unhappy. I went back and saw Chuck and they got it immediately and gave me smaller rings. I felt pressured and unheard and Chuck saved the day. Two weeks later I wanted to get my septum pierced so I wanted to see Chuck again. They don't do that piercing. I saw Connor. He spent time marking my nostrils and telling me what was going to happen. Well, he pierced me and the piercing was crooked. The jewelry doesn't look right now. I asked what could be done he said after a week come back and get re-pierced. I am so frustrated and angry. The piercing, despite what most people say, really hurt. I guess I will go back and make them fix my nose but after these two experiences I can't recommend them and they'll never get any more business from me.
