She is amazing and I can't recommend enough work her way because she's super cool and her art and work is out of this world. I literally hunted her down like a creeper to ask her to do my tattoo. The shop she's at I found out is all woman owned , my fear when I went to the shop was that it'd be clicky or catty and it couldn't be further from the truth . I have observed being there that this group of ladies couldn't put better vibes out into the world even if they wanted to they are that extraordinary. I watch as they joke around and encourage each other, uplift each other and help each other both with clients and their love of tattoos and their art. Looking around I know each lady is phenomenal at the craft and I would gladly wear a tattoo from any of them . they on more than one occasion have gone out of their way to help the other people in the shop and be honest about the quality and expectations . The atmosphere when you're in there is like you're chilling with your best friends. You feel open to chat and talk and enjoy the process. Or even for some chill with head phones and be in the zone there are so accommodating and welcoming . But I tend to laugh my ass off they are that wonderful. The shop is super clean. Their prices are competitive and frankly they have a client in me for life I've gotten tattoos in a couple different shops and I have not felt any of the other shops I've been to can match the artwork, the skill or the vibe of Medusa's the other places I have been never treated me with as much respect Keep it up girls I love it.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted in a very nice way, my needs were heard and respected, and, oh my, what a selection of different jewelry they have to pick from, very impressive! Adam did my ear piercing and listened to where I wanted the new piercing and Adam double checked before we proceeded with the piercing. But what most impressed me was how he prioritized Sanitation. I think he must have changed his gloves four times after he touched every item needed for the process. He explained aftercare very well. Checkout was wonderful too, they made sure that I knew how to contact them at any time if I had any other questions or concerns after the fact. Oh, and they made sure I knew what the end cost would be even before the actual piercing so there are no surprises at checkout.

The person behind the desk wasn't too interested in helping me when I was trying to select my earrings, and he even made snarky comments when I was expressing my opinion to a friend while trying to pick which color. I was excited to finally get my ears pierced, and I was quite disappointed to be met with indifference. In fact, I felt a bit rushed in picking the jewelry so that our interaction would end. It didn't ruin my entire experience since the other employees were professional and friendly, but it was mildly infuriating. He's got a great hand when it comes to tattooing, I hardly bled, wasn't painful as I thought it would be. And he knows how to mix the colors, do great shading and do the best to please his customers.
