I've gotten two big tattoos from Delong, and--though it takes a lot to not want to kill someone who is repeatedly stabbing you and rubbing your skin raw for 7 hours while your arm is twisted behind your back--it's a testament to Delong's "chairside manner" that left me walking out of there in a tired but good mood with my favorite tattoos. I get constant complements on these from random strangers. It's not the reason I got them, but it sure reinforces my impression of money and time well spent. I will be going back for extensive and continued work in the future. If you like actual good tattoos at a fair price, I would recommend you do the same. It's worth the drive.

I walked in and asked for new jewelry for my nostril piercings. The lady wasn't very friendly or talkative, and she gave me the wrong jewelry. She gave me a hoop without telling me I was going to need pliars to open AND close it, and she gave me a stud that was for the opposite side I wanted it in. Then charged me $25 for the 2 pieces. She didn't offer to put them in for me, or even help. She grabbed them with her bare hands, put them in a tiny bag and charged me. Yea I can just switch the jewelry, but I got the stud in (after 10 minutes) and can no longer get it out without it being painful. Also I told her what sides I told her I wanted them in prior to me buying the jewelry. I will be back for more piercings, since it was just a 1 time thing, but I am definitely very upset about this.
