    It is wonderfully refreshing to visit an auto dealership and come out with a smile. Each time I go to this Dealership for anything auto related, I get great customer service. Had to have my car towed to the dealership, and received updates, great service and communication. Dealing with the body shop here, the teams are consistently great. No hassles. It is wonderfully refreshing to deal with a business that has a predicable positive interaction with customers! Being a woman, it is fantastic to have someone speak w me respectfully and not "mansplain" auto related topics. Looks like this dealership has some sweet rides at decent prices too!

    I have to say that this was one of my best car buying experiences ever. I did all of the preliminary work, questions and negotiations via email and that went very smoothly and was offered a very competitive price. Pick up also was a perfect experience! Lastly my sales person, Katisha, was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and kind. I could not ask for a better experience!

    BEST CAR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE This is my 4th car lease with Mazda and it was by far the best experience from beginning to end. No haggling, no hidden fees, no back and forth. Christopher Oviedo agreed to one price and it remained that price until my payment was made. I can't thank him and the finance guy, Caleb, for making this experience smooth and headache free. Christopher's luxury car sale experience shows with the excellent customer service. He made sure I knew exactly what the new features were and how to use them. He made transitioning into the new car easy, made sure all my things were taken out of the old car, and placed them in reusable bags for me. Christopher noticed that we had insulated water bottles and gifted us one! I can't say enough about the customer service he provided. He surpassed our expectations. The truth is we weren't even looking to get a new car, we were just browsing our options and Chris presented us with an offer we couldn't refuse. Would totally recommend buying a new car or leasing from Ferman Mazda and Christopher! He is honest, straight forward and had exceptional customer service.

    Yesterday I took my Mazda to get an oil change after trying to take it to many different places and dealerships. I live in Tampa so Brandon was a little farther than the other locations however I had a positive experience here and would go back. I did feel like the price was about double what I used l pay for my Toyota however it was worth it for the level of service. I have never been referred to as "sir" and been thanked as many times as I was by every staff member. I did think the waiting room was a little bit haphazardly put together like a spare office they threw a tv and a fridge in so people could have a place to wait. Other dealerships have a designated waiting room which is more customized for the guests however it did have refreshments like sodas, coffee and tea, and cereal bars while I waited. They estimated my wait time to be 1.5 hrs however they competed it in 1 hr. I left feeling appreciated as a customer and that even though I paid a little more than I usually do, it was worth it. I did notice typically at other dealerships I would sign something agreeing to the services and price prior to them completing the service, however I didn't sign anything prior, only at checkout after the oil change was completed. If you'd prefer to know this beforehand, you may want to ask or request a quote so you aren't surprised by the bill. I would suggest checking the coupons online as well prior to your visit. Also, I was able to make a same day appointment online and they even accepted me 30 minutes earlier than my appointment time.

    We needed a car and decided on a Mazda CX-5. Headed over to this dealer. Upon arrival, we didn't feel pressured. Hunter was great. I love that they had great inventory. The sales manager, his name slipped by mind, was very very helpful and kind. Overall we had a great experience, great staff! We went in and drove home with the car within a few hours.

    Slight off topic but... The coffee machine is more like an automated barista. Amazing!

I was quoted $23,250 before taxes and fees in writing for a vehicle that was also advertised at $24,403. However, the contract I signed reflects a pre-tax price of over $36,000 -- a difference of more than $12,000. There is no reasonable explanation for this gap. It is not believable that a buyer would knowingly agree to pay over $12,000 more than both a written quote and the advertised price without clear disclosure. When I questioned this, I was routed to finance instead of a manager, i then went in myslef and was told in person that the starting price was around $27,000 (which does not match the original quote) There were also multiple inconsistencies with add-ons: $1,700 window tint which was never mentioned during signing (i have since specifically asked to have removed) A warranty described as "lifetime powertrain," turned to "8 years/120,000 miles," but the final documentation email now shows 5 years/100,000 miles During the signing process, my attention was repeatedly diverted with unrelated conversation, and I was not provided a clear, itemized breakdown explaining how the price increased. I was also not given a copy of my contract or paperwork at the time of purchase, which prevented me from reviewing the final terms immediately. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Florida Attorney General, and the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. Dealerships should honor their written quotes and advertised pricing, not present one number upfront and finalize another. A $12K difference isn't a misunderstanding , it's a problem.

Gagel's forgos the standard process which usually includes an 8 hour hostage situation followed by a bit of waterboarding. During which time the "customer" is either convinced the dealer "knows just what you need," or they breakunder the pressure and do as they are told. The salesmen at Gagel's allowed me to try out vehicles at will. Any questions about previous use and any previous "injuries" to the vehicles were met with frank discussions including photos of the damage that had been repaired. Since I had narrowed down my choices before arriving the entire process took under an hour. I left with a low mileage car that looks, inside and out, like it just came off the factory floor. Each car I tested was similar in that the mileage was low and condition top notch. There was no junk. How refreshing. If other car dealers took the lead from Gagel's and resorted to honest, low pressure sales, perhaps the reputation of the used car industry would climb out of the gutter....
