I worked with Lou, one of the owners of this establishment. I had a car that I wanted to sell because I needed to upgrade to something larger. The car I had was a coup. Anyway, I worked with Lou from the start, and he gave me a price that was extremely fair from THE START. No games like other places. I went to probably about 10 dealerships just to get an understanding of selling a car since Ive had this one since 2016 and only one previous to that and that experience in 2016 (not tampa auto network) was bad so I wanted someone I could trust. Lou messaged back and forth with me for weeks giving me not only his personal opinion but never pressuring me. Never making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time even though I was. I still havent sold the car because of other circumstances but I can say this much. At all the other places I went to, only one had people that were as upfront with the price, the rest had to be worked wtih to get in my range. And that other place didnt have anywhere near the customer service of Tampa Auto Network. If you want someone you can trust and a place where you can let your guard down and not feel like you have to double and triple check the numbers or be pressured or get ripped off, go to Lou at Tampa Auto Network. GREAT experience! From the very beginning when I called inquiring about vehicle, Jen provided excellent customer service including offering the option to pick me up from the airport upon arrival in Tampa. I ended up driving from Miami to Tampa airport in a rental, where Robert (who was very welcoming) picked me up from the airport. Once at the dealership (which is conveniently about 15min from airport) Jen continued with her helpful, straight-forward, kind, and non-pressuring customer service. After checking and testing out the car, I found it was precisely as expected and within about 30min after that everything was complete and I was on the road back to Miami in my new vehicle! Hands down best car buying experience EVER! I was skeptical of all the five star reviews but I now realize they are all real reviews. Mike is so nice and...NORMAL! Not a pushy sales person at all. It's like you are buying a car from a friend. I literally left feeling like I wanted to give them more money or do something for them. I test drove three cars, my estimate on my trade in came back exactly as what was in kelly blue book, then I got a great interest rate. This has been the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I ended up emailing first to make sure the vehicle I was looking at was there since I've had experiences where I've come in to look at a vehicle (with an appointment) and the car is sold. Irv responded promptly and the email conversation seemed very casual so I figured let's give it a try. Once I walked in to the dealership, I did not feel pressured and didn't have a salesman watching my every move. They cleaned the car before I came in, handed me the keys, and told me to take my time. I have never had this type of experience. Orlando ended up assisting me and was very knowledgeable and straight to the point, which I appreciated. I purchased a car here today and it was great. It was such a refreshing change from the big franchise dealerships we had been visiting. The car was pristine, the staff was knowledgeable about it, and the financial information was straightforward and to the point. They gave me the keys and let me spend time in the car without a salesman, making sure that everything worked and was up to specifications. The salespeople don't need to tag along on the test drive as they do elsewhere- so you really get a chance to just relax and drive. It's a no haggle dealership, somewhat like CarMax which takes the worst part of the car buying experience away. They did automatically take some dollars off the price and according to Car Gurus took the price of the car from a fair deal to a good deal. Nothing wrong with that. Everyone at the dealership was super nice and left me with the feeling that all they wanted to do was help me.
