I called Frigidaire they set up an appointment but they said call TRI Lakes appliance repair. I called and spoke with Tammy, there she actually got me in two days earlier for the repair. She was extremely helpful in setting up the appointment and making sure that she had the information so that it would be only one time I gave her the model and serial number. She is responded back to my emails even if it's at 7:00 or 8:00 at night. They set up the appointment with Brian. Brian came out with all the parts necessary to repair it but the number for the some of the parts were not even in Frigidaire system yet he put in the ones that it showed going in there but they did not work because Frigidaire had not the updated parts for the new model. Brian walked me through the process for getting Frigidaire all the information needed for this to be completed. Brian called it the day before to confirm appointment and said he would be out later in the afternoon to make sure the parts came in for my new Frigidaire oven. The parts came in but he came early when he got the parts and it said a 5:00 came at like 3:00 and called me on the way. Great guy. Both Brian and Tammy help me with Frigidaire and getting and taking care of my oven and warranty issues. This is a great company great customer service, great service people. I wish all the companies I ever worked with or as good as them. I lived in a 40 unit condo complex and was the board president and head of Maintenance. If all my vendors were as good as them my life would have been easy. I don't know what more to say again great company great service and knowledgeable

I definitely should have just started at Chuck's. The salesperson, Dan, was incredibly helpful. I figured I'd be rangeless for at least a week waiting for it to get installed, but to my surprise he said they could get it taken care of that day. Sure enough, two hours after purchase it was being delivered to my house. The delivery guys were very professional, and had it all setup in around 10 minutes. They also went over all the features with me, which was nice, because these new appliances are all kinds of fancy. If you're looking at upgrading, don't make the same mistake I did and stop at Chuck's first. After my experience I can't recommend them enough.

I left a voicemail and asked for her to please give me a call. I waited until this morning to hear back and still nothing. So I just called Lowe's and ordered one. I guess Witbeck's do not need my business. I tried going local, but Lowe's fulfilled my order in 5 minutes. I do not understand the mindset of this business.
