After this happened several times, the automated person hung up on me. The automated system needs to be monitored and changed so that there are no interruptions. When I finally got a live person, I had to be transferred three times. By then I had to take care of other business and my complaint never got filed. Staff don't seem to know who to contact for simple transactions. Delivery staff continue to drop packages at the wrong door; they can't follow the instructions provided. I don't know if this is the correct shipping center for Charlevoix, MI. The stupid automated system requires a door tag or tracking number and that information is not important for this review. The delivery person fails to follow my instructions which are to leave the package at the front door and not the original porch door. This is a common issue. It is a shame that the delivery folk cannot understand simple instructions.

Jaren listened to my wife's description of our copier and was able to identify our model and the ink cartridge that was required for that model. Second, after we got home, we confirmed that Jaren was right on both counts, and my wife installed the ink cartridge. However, the copier kept showing some warning on the screen, and refused to try to copy. One note: we have had this copier for several years without any problems. Fearing the worst, we took the printer into the store the next day. Even though they said that they typically don't do any repairs, Jaren and Brad, the manager, worked on the copier for about 5 or 10 minutes and got it up and running again. This saved us having to buy a new printer at that time, which meant they did not get a sale just then, but also guaranteed that when we do need a new copier, we will be buying it from them - as well as any other items that we need that they sell - and not from Amazon! i want to give Brad and Jaren and the Petoskey Office Max an "11" on a scale of "10" - ala "This is Spinal Tap". I recommend that you shop here; you will NOT be disappointed!

Filled out a silly paper and received a pink paper along with the receipt for purchase. When I went to pick the chair up they asked for the pink paper. I didn't have it with me but showed them a photo of the Home Depot credit card transaction. She said she couldn't release the chair to me because I didn't have the receipt. I said but you will today. The cashier from the night before remembered me and vouched for me. Janet was very rude. I told her that I'm a great customer and not to pi$$ me off. She huffed. The chair didn't fit in my vehicle so we left to get a bigger truck. Upon arrival I told them that I was back. They called for yet another manager who was also very sour. The ladies from the floor loaded my chair while I waited what seemed like forever for my receipt. The clerk handed the receipt as the manager walked away. I stopped her and said. Your welcome. She said what. I said you didn't even say thank you for my $650 purchase. She said are you upset about something? I said you'll get my review. Might I add the employees don't look very happy and no one even looked up to acknowledge our presence. This was the second day at the store. I went to another store and purchased $1200. Went back a month later to get more and the sales woman sold me on their branded 30,000 puff vapes so I got 2. She said it tastes great and would be super similar to the ones I had originally wanted. These new ones taste so bad and like toxic poison. So I went back the very next day to explain the issue and was met with zero options for an exchange. Pretty much was told that I'm out of luck. So instead of keeping a brand fan for the company, they've lost a customer. It's their branded item so honouring an unhappy customer's request to exchange would cost them very little. But instead they've lost years of future patronage and sales from this customer forever. If a company can't even stand behind their branded product, there's a big problem. Very much do not recommend.
