    I have only come here looking for specific pieces I had in mind for what I need in my house. They…read morehave a wide variety of things, but none that I specifically needed. Someone did ask if I needed assistance when I came in and said they did not have anything that I was looking for (China hutch and an armoire). I looked around in case something popped out and needed to be mine, but nothing did.

    The website says "Items that are damaged or non-functional when delivered are eligible for repair…read moreor exchange when reported to the store at the time of delivery or pickup." The items delivered to me were not functional because a portion of the order was not delivered. The team told me to convert into a platform bed instead of them paying the cost to send needed items.  When I called to return the store manager said " I was over my 30 day return time frame". I was not. I contacted the regional manager Jason O'Neal who has been nonresponsive. The excuse of "covid" was also given as to why items could not be returned. No team members at this site are wearing masks, there is no signage about Covid protocol or following of any basic Covid protocol in this store, likely because the state of Louisiana has lifted almost all Covid restrictions. I requested the items be refunded so I could use my credit account for items I can actually use. As this will affect my credit, if not honored I will have to pursue legal action against the company. It sucks that I now have to dedicate real time to this when the problem came from the American Freight side.

Never happened. ! I called several days later to be told my salesperson is busy and would like to leave voicemail. I said I would not ! My previous voice mail was not returned. I needed to talk to her . She returned my call several hours later. I ask her about my faucet set and if it had come in ? She had forgotten all about it . Once she had my money she could care less . She had to call the business in Texas to check on it . Sorry that I did not return your call . My plumber happens to be Lenny's Plumbing on Transcontinental and when I call them they return my call in a reasonable amount of time . Their work is excellent and reasonable. I will never ever use Southland again because of that one sales person. She made me feel so insignificant and unimportant. Infact , I didn't need most of the parts according to my plumbers that installed the faucet and sprayer . They used their covers to plug the 2 holes I would not be needing .

April, the design consultant with whom we worked, does an outstanding job of reviewing your project and helping you select exactly what you need. I'd recommend calling ahead to schedule time with her or one of the other designers, but feel free to walk in as we did.

    Never use this company!…read more I contracted this company to install countertops in my home. They sent a crew that spoke no English. They did a terrible job. Huge gaps, terrible seams, crooked sinks. I complained. The company refused to cut new stone. They sent the same crew out again, with no translator. They attempted to make adjustments to the countertop in place. This created dust that filled my entire home. It did not fix the problems. They came back 3 times to make adjustments. Beyond the language barrier, the crew was very unprofessional. They took tools out of my garage and used them to complete work. Nothing was stolen but seriously you don't have your own drill? The company was terrible to deal with. We would call and no one would answer. We would go to the store and it would be closed during their posted business hours. We left messages and sent emails, and it would take days to get a response. The only thing they wanted to do was send out the crew who couldn't understand my complaints for adjustments. They acted like the work in the photos below was quality and that my wife and I had unreasonable expectations.

She had Ms Linda measured our kitchen right next day, and we confirmed our 3d design in 4 days before ordering. They installed our entire kitchen in one week, and just 2 days project. Chi and her team's knowledge around everything needed to complete the work is phenomenal. The work took just 2 days. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and over-delivered on what we asked them to do. If you are considering redoing your kitchen with CC, you should. Just make sure that you call Chi.
