Saturdays seems REALLY busy, but they have a fairly efficient process for taking names, issuing pagers, and getting customers connected with salespeople. Once Aleks was available, he took us around the showroom and we talked about what we needed. Ultimately, we needed a shallow vanity due to the size of our bathroom. Aleks immediately took us over to a vanity that we had been admiring when we walked in and told us that it comes in various sizes and is available in the size we needed. Great! We were even able to select various types of wood and stains. The options seemed unlimited, but we had very little problem making our decisions. The vanity was supposed to take about 2-3 weeks to arrive. Once it arrived, Aleks called us and we went to pick it up. Unfortunately, once we got home, we opened the box and discovered that the vanity had been ordered incorrectly. A quick call to Aleks and he ordered the correct vanity, assured us he would expedite it, and offered to deliver the vanity when it arrived, and pick up the vanity that we currently had. Fantastic customer service! We are very pleased with the final product. I did, however, subtract one star for the error in ordering, but I was pleased with the final outcome.

I was able to find a remnant piece that fit my needs and decided to move forward. StoneTek completed my install on Thursday August 26, 2021. Although my job may not have been big I can appreciate that the entire process from my initial visit to the installation was less than a week. Additionally, I can appreciate the recommendation of a remnant (which I had no idea about) if available, to optimize cost. I recommend StoneTek as I definitely will be using them again. When StoneTek installed our new kitchen counters about 3 yrs ago, they had a remnant piece that…read morewould fit into our laundry room. It was laser measured. We made it clear that the counter had to be lifted at anytime if a repair was required on the washer or dryer. Upon install, they glued the counter down. Shortly thereafter, they had to remove the glue. Since the wall was damaged at that point, they tried to cut the stone down some. We just had to lift it again yesterday and now the wall has to be repaired again.... And I need to find someone to grind it down. I reached out to them another time in the recent past about it still not being the right size, but didn't get a response.

We were delighted with our kitchen cabinet purchase and customer service from Royal Kitchen.  This…read moreis actually a Polish mom-and-pop family business, and one in turn referred to us by our Polish general contractor.  The Polish network certainly worked for us and for our current kitchen remodeling project, as well as for a previous 3 baths remodeling project!   Agnieszka is the family matriarch here and was our sales lady and helped us out in a professional and friendly manner over the two spread out visits that we had (two visits over 5 months) before making the purchase.  In between the preliminary and final visits and quotes was the usual shopping around process, the holidays, and the usual procrastination, and then it was time to do it and make the finalized detailed cabinet choices.  Agnieszka went over all of the final cabinet options and provided detailed layout drawings.  In one detailed review, actually after our order was placed, she suggested we revise the width of the cabinet which would house our 27" wide oven/microwave from a 33" to a 30".  She reviewed the model number of our oven/microwave, noticed it was only 26" wide at the rear vs 27" wide at the front, and concluded the cabinet's pre-fabbed opening would be too large to adequately secure our oven if we purchased a 33" wide cabinet.  So we easily converted to a 30" wide oven cabinet, and compensated by using a 27" instead of 24" wide cabinet at an adjacent location.  This was just an example showing that she was thorough, competent, and conscientious, and not wanting us to hit any snags with this project. They have a nice showroom where you can see some of the various available cabinet products (but as usual, much more styles and variations are covered in vendor catalogs) as well as choices of knobs and pulls you will also eventually need.  We eventually also bought all of our new drawer pulls from RK as well, and they were shipped to our front door less than 24 hours after ordering!  Our cabinets were also delivered in 4 weeks and were quality cabinets bought at a good price. A shout-out here also for Margaret, who is Angieszka's younger sister, and who gave me some friendly order status help during the big and subsequently stressful winter storm that froze Texas and which actually affected our cabinet delivery from there by a couple days.  Dwayne was our friendly delivery driver, and also an extended family member.  Like I said, it's a family business and I was very happy to do business with them.
