I couldn't remember the last time I felt peaceful or had a good night's rest. I had tried meditation retreats. I had tried yoga. I had tried unisom. I am not generally a fan of podcasts and self-help frameworks often make my eyes glaze over, but Katie's early episodes had me absolutely hooked.
