Upon inspection, they noticed a slide pin had not been properly lubricated and the brake pads got stuck in one position damaging several parts including the alloy wheel. Here is where it gets good. The mechanic said they refused to warranty it because and I quote "There is no way my service tech forgot to lubricate this" they charged me for the inspection But wait it gets better. I asked them to price out the parts to fix it, an hour later I hear back and they want 850 dollars using aftermarket parts. I priced the parts on the NAPA website and they came to 325 dollars. Will never use this garage again, after spending thousands of dollars on several cars they have the audacity to treat a good customer like this. Never again

When I went back, they handed me a four‑foot box filled with bolts and engine‑bay components they removed but never reinstalled. No apology, no explanation, and no offer to complete the work I had already paid for. They removed the valve cover to "check the timing," but on BMW engines the valve cover must be replaced once removed. They didn't replace it, and I now suspect they cracked it during their work. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed someone else -- even though they were the only ones who removed it. After returning my car in a damaged and incomplete condition, they told me it would cost thousands more to diagnose the problem -- the same problem I already paid them to diagnose. This was unprofessional, negligent, and unacceptable. I am filing formal complaints with the proper authorities.
