She found a second car and was denied being told she needed to find a car under $18k by the manager. She did but was denied again. She found a third car for $13k and denied again. The whole experience for her was a heartbreaking one. Even worse, the manager was misleading about what she could buy while a high pressure salesman wouldn't stop pushing more cars. I would never recommend this experience to anyone, especially a first time buyer.

My daughter was driving my equinox during rush-hour traffic when this part broke, making her brakes almost as hard as a rock, and she barely avoided a collision with a full gasoline, tanker truck, who knows how many lives could've ended because of this brake failure. The broken parts then made their way into my engine, completely ruining my engine and making my car in operable. I tried contacting Chevy, but they have shown me that they do not care about my situation or apparently the safety of their customers. There has even been a new class action lawsuit filed because of all the damage Chevrolet choosing to use this part has caused.

This dealership isn't a strong haggling location, they price their cars competitively and can waive some fees. Jeremy in finance was great, got things moving very quickly and we were in and out of the finance office in under 10 minutes. It was the easiest finance experience we've ever had, he didn't try to sell us some insane warranty. James in detailing was great as well. They accidentally took off some tint from the sticker and offered to fix it for free. The dealership is clean and roomy inside as well, it wasn't the worst place to wait while the deal got approved. I dealt with Branden who was friendly and professional. The store itself was clean and inviting. In around 25 minutes I had an appraisal in my hand for more than I expected. The only thing necessary was to sign over the title. However I was not prepared yet. I would recommend them for the sale of your car or a purchase from their lot. They have always been fair to me.

Took it back to CarMax and they knocked $1,000 off because in that week the value had "depreciated". Went with a competitor instead stay away from these people who make a living stealing from others!!
