We moved in about 5 years ago and our patio was back pitching to the house so we hired some…read moremudjackers (not these guys) to fix it. They poly jacked it and couldn't quite get it right but it was at least level. That settled in a few months, they came back and did it again and it settled again so I just ignored it. 5 years later our basement flooded so we decided to try level headed mudjackers. Sam is a true professional and I'm really upset we didn't use them the first time! The poly jacking actually caused the patio to seize up and sam couldn't get them to raise. Instead of just leave it he can out, jackhammered 20' of concrete and repoured new slabs and holy crap does it look great. He did this for a VERY reasonable amount more than the original amount and put a ton more work into it to make it right. I couldn't be happier and so glad I found these guys!! Not many contractors care like Sam did, couldn't recommend these guys enough!

Did an ok job, there…read morewere issues, still are (lots of splitting boards, nails sticking out, missed nails into posts so some of the pickets are loose and the section his buddy nailed is not spaced evenly so it looks sloppy). Originally I would have given him 5 stars, then 4 after I noticed all the issues, then 3 after his first kinda fix.....now he gets an end result 1 star (negative stars if I could). The worst issue - Once my main driveway gate started to have issues, it was a huge hassle to get him over to fix it. Once he finally came to look it over, all he did was change the hardware. That "fix" only lasted as long as the first set. Now the gates are dragging badly on my driveway and completely twisting up. I gave up trying to get in touch after leaving many messages with both him and his office manager (wife). I have no idea what else I needed to do to get him to follow through on the warranty work for the gates. Now I am forced to hire and pay another company to fix my gates that have been an issue less than one year after being built. I am a very calm, cool, reasonable person, all he had to do was follow up and fix his work. What a shame. I'm happy to revise this review if he finally decides to fix his work like a reputable contractor.
