Dupont Hwy in Dover and they have just about anything in lights/fixtures/supplies you could ever need! Walked around the showroom and the beautiful fixtures are competitively priced and much better quality than the big box stores. Plus you get the quality customer service that is unmatched. It has been difficult waiting but I understand the company was re-purchased by the previous owner late, October. This caused difficulty with tracking and receiving certain products. The staff at the Dover store was courteous and responsive as much as they could be during the waiting period. The butcher block is beautiful and worth the wait since it matches an earlier install in my kitchen. Another issue is making contact with corporate customer service, it is like the new owner does not want customers to give feedback or have problems resolved. Hopefully this will be improved Going forward.

Ok let it go, I then ordered product and put down a 50% deposit and was told would take a couple weeks to come in. After waiting 3 weeks I then called again to be told that it all came in a week ago but I need to pay the remainder and sign a form for them to even call the contractor again? The complete lack of follow up and misinformation about paying half at start of job and half at completion was extremely frustrating. I then spoke with the manager and while he did refund the deposit could care less about our experience. We will go somewhere else as clearly this is just another very poorly run franchise.
