The fence installation overall went well but we immediately noticed some issues (warping, boards coming loose, gate installed backward, nails protruding), and it took several calls and texts to have someone come back out. Bentley, Shane, and Ryan (3 generations of the same family) installed our fence. Our experience with Bentley and crew is the best that we have ever had from any one we have ever had a service provided by. Bentley came out and provided us with an estimate and discussed our plans. We wanted our fencing done in sections (spaced out over time) so we could get some tree work done and Bentley happily obliged. Bentley and his crew are fast, efficient, strong, and impressive. They do not waste time but are friendly and professional at all times. The fence looks great. It is such high quality that even though it was chosen to be pretty, it is. Many of our neighbors have been singing the praises of our fence since it got installed. Better yet, it keeps in all of our animals (set low to ground) from an 11 pound dog to horses. Bentley is easy to communicate with and answers his phone immediately or calls you right back. We got a great deal for the quality of the job and materials that we have. I expect our fence to be in place for many years to come. They left our property neat and clean (and looking better than it did when they showed up). Bentley took the time to understand what our needs were to make sure the job would meet them. In fact it exceeds all of our standards. We will have more fencing work to be done in the future and will definitely hire Bentley and his crew. It really was a fantastic experience. This is the most honest and ethical contractor that we have ever hired to work at our house. He knows what he is doing and it shows. Open to suggestion (but his were usually better), kind, punctual, and easy to work with. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because this would be the one time I would want to. I would not hesitate to recommend this fencing company to anyone.

My child bought a new home this year and has a dog that ultimately kept getting out of the yard…read morewith the existing fence. Had Ergeon replace the fence (unfortunately thought wasn't the issue with the dog, that's a different story). Fence was finished in July. My child works 80 hours a week and hadn't been there when it was completed. I visited from out of town and noticed some quality issues. Uneven boards at the gate, poor quality hardware and a couple of boards that seemed poor quality. However, the biggest concern was that they didn't install any corner posts. Who does that? Anyone ever heard of a fence with no stable anchors in the corners? Come to find out they cut the previous corner posts off at ground level and were too lazy or inconvenienced to remove them. Built the new fence around them. I paid for the majority of the fence so I contacted their warranty company. I sent pictures. They scheduled a person to come out. There wasn't good communication about what action they would be taking. My husband and I took the day off work and planned to be there. They cancelled a 1/2 hour after they were scheduled to arrive. They rescheduled for two days later (a Sunday) and no showed and did not call. I also called that morning to confirm someone would show, got no response from my vm. I spoke with our warranty rep the following day and was told, "sorry, but I don't work on the weekends." That just irritated me. Poor customer service in my opinion. So the following week we communicated back and forth to reschedule. I was given today (9/26) as THE ONLY available date, even though I told Peta, our warranty rep, that I was unavailable and gave here 3 alternative dates. Yesterday at 5 pm she texted me and said that the installer was not available there was a death in their family. While I am sorry for their loss and empathetic, does Ergeon not have any one else? Peta asked me to give her until Monday to reschedule. I will do that but I am getting the feeling that I am getting delayed intentionally. I requested the name and number of the installer that gets scheduled so that I may confirm the day of the appointment (again I will be driving from out of town, an hour one way) and a supervisors name and number if they fail to show up. Peta told me she could not give that information. Shady? I think so. This will be a third appointment. If they cancel or no show, that will be the third strike. I hope they take care of this and make it right. I will update this post when they do. *update* Ergeon continued to delay, but did contact us to say a technician would be in the area that same day and could make the repairs. No notice and no one present to talk to the tech. I asked several time what direction the tech was given...no answer. He shows up and installs one corner post....that's it???? When I spoke with him after he called my daughter to say he was there (she didn't know anything about it). He had no idea what he was supposed to do other than install one post. I was pissed. (Remember no corner posts and there are 3 corners) Of course, I complained, I was told the next available date would be October 14th. Because they only have one person in the area that is working on the warranty issues. How is this my problem?

Well, July 2025 was when my warranty expired. The first week of September I noticed the fence had a plank that was splintering and between the planks it's turning green from mold. I reached out the worthless Lowe's and was pretty told we have nothing to do with that since July of 2025 your warranty expired. Lowe's and Amigo Fence will leave you hanging if the product is defective. If this had occurred several months after installation, I would understand but still think if the product is defective more should be done to make things right. Sometimes it takes more than a year for defective products to appear. Lowe's has a reputation of treating their dedicated customer expendable. They will surely go out of business as many other American businesses that treat customers poorly.
