Well, July 2025 was when my warranty expired. The first week of September I noticed the fence had a plank that was splintering and between the planks it's turning green from mold. I reached out the worthless Lowe's and was pretty told we have nothing to do with that since July of 2025 your warranty expired. Lowe's and Amigo Fence will leave you hanging if the product is defective. If this had occurred several months after installation, I would understand but still think if the product is defective more should be done to make things right. Sometimes it takes more than a year for defective products to appear. Lowe's has a reputation of treating their dedicated customer expendable. They will surely go out of business as many other American businesses that treat customers poorly. ​​

They keep…read moregiving me dates for their installers to come and put the right latches on, yet they never show up. Do not pay them until they fix anything that you see wrong. I did not know the latches were wrong until I went to open them the day after. The manager, calls and gives new dates, and the person assigned to me, Nicole, never answers the phone nor do their representatives. I am going to get my latches properly installed by another fence company and will be submitting complaints to the better business bureau and the consumer advocat center to get my money back from the new latches, the installation, and something for my inconvenience.
