***STAY AWAY*** Mitch will sabotage your RV to Trap you so he can get more $$$ out of You*** He is Crocked***This will be a long post so if you don't want to be taken advantage of than please read.....if you don't value your investment than stop reading....My wife and I purchased a 2017 Airstream Serenity 2 months ago in Denver. We are independent adjusters and went to Houston for a rope and harness training. While there I had purchased 2 solar panels prior to my arrival and was looking for a "professional" installation. The Airstream that we purchased came with 2 panels and we simply wanted to add an additional 2 panels and batteries to prolong electricity while boondocking. Like everyone else I used Google and lord and behold Felton's RV Services came up. I picked up the phone and contacted them and provided detailed information as to what services i was looking to have done. That conversation took place with owner operator Mitchell Graska who assured me that they have both the talent and the experience of completing such work on an RV and more specifically an Airstream. We confirmed for an appointment for Thursday @ 10am. Upon my arrival no one approached me nor greeted me, as I walked into the lot. I saw Mitch although didn't know if that was him at the time I approached him and said that I had an appointment for solar panel installment. No formal greeting was given nor a hand shake but was simply directed to the office. The RV was than driven inside by a staff person and we walked out to show them the panel. while reviewing the panel the Owner Mitch for whatever reason, well he claims it was because his Reike spirit training told him to, he started sharing with a business plan for the future of Rv repair and training...2 hours later we walk back to the RV and I asked if they can do the work and if so how much. Per Mitch, " yes we can do the work, it's only a matter of running the wires". I than followed up how much do you think it will be and how long it will take? He responded, " its hard to say for certain because you have to first remove your personal belonging out of the way but i will start with at least 4 hours @ $151 an hour. My wife and I looked at each other and than she stated " Oh i see what you're saying being that the bed is in the way and our personal belong you don't know for sure with out us first moving those things out of the way, to which Mitch responded, "yes". So than i stated to Mitch that we will return the next day Friday around the same time, we all agreed than departed ways. We returned on Friday, after having moved the kink size bed, all of our personal belonging from the area that they will be working on, we removed the access cap where all the electrical wires are run through and pushed outside. We left the RV with Mitch and left with the keys accidentally for lunch. immediate when we arrived @ the restaurant Mitch contacted me and reminded us that we forgot to leave the keys, to witch we imidiately stood back up out of our chair, having just been seated, in order to drop off the keys. Got back to the Felton's RV, looking for Mitch, he was no where to be found because he had just went to lunch. So I left the Keys in the office and went to speak to the technician that was to look at the Airstream, I specifically told to have Mitch contact me after you have an actual estimate as to how much and how long, the technician agreed and we went on our way back to the restaurant. Spent about an hour an a half at the restaurant and no phone call from Felton's RV, so we decided to go put an eye on things. Upon our return we find the owner Mitch slouching on a plastic chair with his sunglasses on napping. We approached him and asked him where are we right now with the RV. He than responded well we have already started running wires and doing the work. I informed him that he never contacted me to provide an estimate, to which he said "well I told you yesterday that it would be at least 4 hours and right now we are already an hour into the work". I than ask how long will it take to complete the job. He responded, " I'm not sure it depends on how long the technicians are willing to stay and work, but if you like you can plug your RV here and spend the night. To which I looked at my wife and I turned to Mitch and told him to stop the work and I'll pay for the 1 hour work and leave. Mitch than said "I'll have to see how far they have gotten and got up to go look at it. Once he got up he purposely reveal that he was carrying a GUN on the back of his belt. Has he walked away my wife immediately said to me, "should I follow him to make sure that he doesn't do anything to the RV than she stopped herself and said never-mind. We walked into the office as they packed up the solar panel boxes and we paid for the hour labor and went back out.... To be perfectly clear we paid $155 for 1 hour of labor when the RV was touched for less than 10 minutes. How do i know? because my wife and I literally moved read more
