They said everything was in working condition and we had a bumper-to-bumper warranty all major components covered. that was a lie, it only covers small appliances. It was delivered upon delivery it was wrecked. They set it all up. They were so happy to have a home again. That happiness vanished quickly. It rained that night and the whole cabin started leaking. We called and called. Till that evening Mark Habash finally answered. He stated, " I promise Mrs. Castillo as the owner of this establishment you have my word everything was in working condition". They told us to get an inspector, so we did. the inspector told us that thing had been rotting for a long time the pull out was rotting and it probably had mold growing inside the walls. They never got the stove to work, the water heater never worked, the toilet was leaking and a terrible smell coming from somewhere. they turned off AC units due to the mold. It was terrible. I asked Mark Habash to get us out of this contract and give these kids the money they got from the flood relief back. He said no ma'am there are no refunds in the state of Texas and you bought this RV as is. But there is such a thing as Texas Deceptive Trade Practices (DTPA)

Josh with Dynamic was very prompt in replying and agreed to come out to Austin from Leander within a couple of days and for a reasonable rate as well. I'm sure the rate varies with distance and needed work, but he did inform me he would use part of that inspection fee towards any work needed. He's basically a mechanic that knows a little bit of everything regarding RVs. My RV is running and I just wanted it to be looked over for hidden issues. Josh and his assistant were able to find and fix a few small electrical issues and he also informed me of of the needed fluids. I also asked him about a shop that could do tires and he got on it right away. I did have to drive out to Leander for that, but he got me a great deal on installation labor for them. They also changed my engine and generator oil and filter. Feel free to use Dynamic for most of your basic RV issues when you need someone to come to you. Probably not the right guys for huge mechanical jobs due to them being mobile, but they do use a shop in Leander for small maintenance and tire work. Feel free to give Josh a call for a quick quote and I'm sure he will let you know if he can help you out without his site visit costing you an arm and a leg!

We ended up being able to fix the problem ourselves after looking at it alongside them, but if we needed their services we would have definitely gone ahead with it. Their quote seemed reasonable, honest and affordable. After we let them know we would not need their help, they were gracious even though they spent the time to come out for free. We would highly recommend as their exemplary professionalism alone exceeds the average business experience.
