We were really impressed by their excellent service and attention to detail. Prior to us committing to tinting, the staff showed us the different options and gave us a lot of relevant details to help us make our decision about the level of tinting. They tinted both of our cars, 5 hours each, finishing everything in one day. The pricing was very transparent and the communication was great. We were very happy with how the tint came out. It's hard to know who you can trust with your car but we can wholeheartedly recommend Aerowerkz Motorsport for tinting. We would happily recommend them to any friends or family!

Huge shoutout to Arnold and his team for being so professional and delivering such amazing work. This is actually the second car I've brought to them. They did clear PPF on my first car eight years ago, and it still looks perfect--no yellowing, no peeling, nothing. That's why I came back, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. This time they wrapped the antenna, roof, spoiler, and mirrors in black PPF, did the full front end in clear PPF, and added black vinyl to the lower side door molding, rocker molding, and rear trunk molding. The cuts and edges are incredibly clean. If you're thinking about PPF or vinyl wrap, you won't regret choosing Aerowerkz.

The photos show the lazy job I had received. I take full…read moreaccountability for not replying when I first said I would. However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.

I then turned to Yelp to find a business in my area and came across The Prestige Companies Auto Upholstery. From the very beginning, The Prestige Companies Auto Upholstery demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service. I called and spoke with Matt, who asked me to send enough photographs for him to prepare an estimate by text. When I asked whether he needed to see the vehicle in person, Matt explained that he could provide the estimate from the photographs. This saved me time, and I received the estimate within about an hour. I was also pleased that the company was located nearby and able to service my vehicle. When I dropped off my vehicle, I worked with Matt to find a headliner material in the same color as the original. I also had a new wrap for my leather steering wheel, which was coming apart. In addition, I asked Matt to examine the leather cover on the driver's seat bottom, which was cracked and had foam falling apart. Matt said he would discuss the issue with his dad who was the owner. Matt called me within two days of dropping off the vehicle to provide an update. There had been a hiccup while they searched for the right leather, but when I explained that the vehicle had custom leather installed more than 20 years ago, Matt reassured me by saying, "Don't worry, we got you." I picked up my vehicle today and was very impressed with the work. The replacement headliner looked much better than the one originally installed by the manufacturer. The steering wheel wrap looked good, and the driver's leather seat was done well. Matt also told me that they had rebuilt the foam in the driver's seat. When I drove out of the lot, I could immediately feel that the driver's seat provided much more support. I am truly happy with all the work completed by The Prestige Companies Auto Upholstery. It is especially nice to work with a local business that serves its community. If you need auto upholstery work, do not wait any longer to contact Matt at The Prestige Companies Auto Upholstery.

As the invoice says, they charged me for "top off fluids" on the last line in photo. I check my coolant after getting my car back and it's at one inch.. my washer fluid is also very low. (I don't mind that, not necessary) but for my coolant to be very low even though they charged me to top off fluids is bad business. Aside from that, My issue was that under heavy load, like going up a large hill or pushing to go into freeway, my steering wheel would stiffen and my battery light would flash. Took it to them, they didn't contact me for 3 days. I had to call them and Mike says 'I didn't have your number I lost it. Ok cool. He said he'll call me the next day to discuss the issue. 2 days pass I go into the shop and ask. He says he lost my number again. NO communication. All in all I still have the issue of battery light turning on under heavy load. They didn't fix the issue, I still paid. and they tried overcharging.

Aftermarket Differential Bushing Upgrade - Highly Recommend Studio RSR…read more During my last oil change, the dealership let me know my differential bushings needed to be replaced. Rather than install another set of OEM bushings with a reputation for a relatively short lifespan, I decided to upgrade to an aftermarket solution and add the optional dual rear differential mounting plate. As many BMW owners know, BMW engineered the differential with provisions for **two rear bushings**, but from the factory only one is utilized. Early cars are especially prone to failure because the original bushings are hydraulic (fluid-filled), and even cars driven exclusively on the street have been known to need replacement in as little as 30,000 miles. Although Studio RSR is over an hour from my house, I called Robert, the owner, to discuss my options. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of the different setups and recommended the **Dual-Mount Differential Plate with ECS Poly Differential Bushings**. After the conversation, I felt confident it was the right choice. I had the parts shipped directly to Studio RSR, and they completed the installation while I waited. The entire experience was excellent. Their workmanship was top-notch, they communicated everything clearly, and it was obvious they know these cars inside and out. If you're in Southern California and need BMW performance or maintenance work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Studio RSR. The shop has a no-frills atmosphere, but don't let that fool you--the team is knowledgeable, honest, and their pricing is very reasonable. In an industry where finding a trustworthy BMW specialist can be difficult, these guys have earned my confidence. In fact, they previously helped save my car after another mechanic had made a serious mistake. They're also well known for their crank hub upgrades, so if that's on your list, they're definitely worth talking to. For anyone interested, I purchased the bushings through Turner Motorsport, but the installation could be done by any qualified BMW performance shop if Studio RSR isn't local to you.

They took the time to explain the repair, confirmed the diagnostic code, and even pointed out a few things I should do to help my Prius last longer. They noticed my hybrid battery cooling fan was missing after I told them I just had it "replaced" at another shop. That's the kind of information you don't usually get from a repair shop. They ended up not needing to drop the subframe, so they adjusted the labor instead of charging me for work they didn't have to do. It still took the amount of time they said it was going to take, but still discounted me a little bit which I thought was cool. I also had them do an oil change while it was there, and even that was less expensive than what I normally pay at places like Jiffy Lube or Valvoline. If you own a Prius or any hybrid, I'd definitely recommend checking them out. More than anything, I left feeling like they genuinely know these cars and took the time to educate me, not just fix it. I'll definitely be bringing my Prius back if I ever need anything else.

I've owned modified cars for years, and one thing I've learned is that there are plenty of shops…read morethat can install parts. Very few shops can actually think. Project Import is one of those rare shops. What separates them isn't just the quality of the work, it's the level of thought that goes into every decision. They don't just ask what problem you're trying to solve today; they ask where you want the car to be years from now and build accordingly. Every recommendation is made with the long-term goal in mind. I've brought them some complicated issues on my 1JZ-swapped E30, and at every step they've been realistic, honest, and incredibly meticulous. If something needs attention, they'll tell you. If something doesn't need to be replaced, they'll tell you that too. No upselling, no shortcuts, no guessing. Just real diagnostics and real solutions. What I appreciate most is that they refuse to take the easy route if it's not the right route. A lot of shops will get a car out the door as quickly as possible. Project Import takes the time to do things properly the first time. In the long run, that actually makes their work a bargain because you're not paying another shop to redo it six months later. Their fabrication, attention to detail, and workmanship are top-notch, but honestly the biggest value is the trust. When they tell me something, I believe it. When they recommend a path forward, I know it's because it's the best solution for the car, not because it's the most profitable solution for them. At this point, I won't take my cars anywhere else. If you're looking for a shop that's honest, highly skilled, forward-thinking, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way, Project Import has earned my highest recommendation.

I really hope they maintain this high quality of work, especially on my car, which is very special to me. My car is running so smooth now and shifts better. Thank you very much!
