Staff have been attentive and kind; they've always inquired as to whether I'm eligible for a student discount and have eagerly replaced any item I've found a defect in (no matter how minor). Parking is meh; I usually just nip in if I'm down at Whole Foods and have their free 2h pass (the garage on Aliceanna).
