If I'm drinking, I definitely want to eat, so I asked if there was anything that could come out quicker for us to munch on. About halfway through the wait it seemed like they didn't have guac and chips, so they brought bread and butter out to a few tables. I guess that was their way of giving people something to snack on while waiting. Right before our dishes came out, one of the waitresses had us pay for what we ordered with her (a couple of waitresses were helping us). I thought that was a little tacky, she could've waited until we were done or combined the tabs since we were at the same table the whole time, not sure if that was possible. We moved on the nachos w/ beef and a Beyond Burger for our entrees. Both were ok... once we received our check we noticed we weren't charged for a Beyond Burger but a Cheeseburger. That is a very dangerous mistake.... Luckily my BF prefers veggie patties and doesn't have any type of allergy, intolerance or religious reasoning behind it. Not sure how that was misconstrued but that mistake leads down a very slippery slope for people with any type of allergies & intolerance.

She didn't recognize the sandwich but offered to ask the kitchen after I showed her a photo and the menu from my previous visit. Unfortunately she came back and said they couldn't make it. She suggested a grilled chicken sandwich, but I declined since I'm not really a fan of grilled chicken. I ended up ordering the turkey sandwich and asked for a few modifications (no stuffing or cranberry mayo, just regular mayo on a ciabatta). When the food came out, I immediately knew it wasn't turkey. I waited until the server came back and asked her to confirm what meat was on the sandwich. She initially told me it was turkey. After taking it apart & having a few bites I knew it wasn't turkey. I winded up eating the fries and asking for the bill. I decided to show her the inside of the sandwich again and asked her to double check with the kitchen, she returned and confirmed it was actually ham, even though the ticket showed that she ordered turkey. She did offer to remake the sandwich, but it would have taken another 10-15 minutes and at that point I was already over it. I ended up just paying, and leaving. I completely understand that menus change and servers can't memorize every item. I just wish the sandwich had been confirmed with the kitchen sooner when I questioned it the first time. Overall, my first visit was great, and that chicken salad sandwich was honestly amazing. I just wish the second visit had gone a little smoother.
