We were able to drop off our car the night before or we had an option to drop it off first thing in the morning (8); with our busy schedule, it was easier to drop it off the night before. There was a drop box to put your key in. The next day around lunch, we got a phone call regarding the status of the car and what other fixes it needed. Aside from the oil change, we needed some filters changed and tire alignments. The prices were good and the people we dealt with were friendly and they seemed honest and reliable. Overall, a great experience and would continue to use them!

He's an excellent mechanic, charges very reasonable rates, and above all was always honest. When something wasn't worth repairing, he would say so even though it meant money out of his pocket. Up until a few months ago I would have given 5 stars and a glowing review. But Gerry retired this summer and sold the business to a young guy named Alex. I saw no reason not to give Alex a chance, so I scheduled a brake job and oil change with him. I dropped my car off the night before and dropped the key in the mail slot, as usual. My car sat there the next day without moving. I called but got only an answering machine, so I stopped by at 4pm. The place was closed and locked. So I left the car thinking they got busy and he would do it tomorrow. The next day, same story. The car just sat there and when I stopped in, nobody was there. WTH?! So I got my spare key and took my car back. I asked at the business next door what was going on and found out the new owner got COVID and closed for a week. Was he sick in the hospital? No, just COVID positive. He feels fine. There were multiple other customers all in the same boat. Our keys locked up inside the building with nobody to give them back. At least one person even had their car locked up inside. Well, a full week went by and finally I got a phone call from them. No, not from Alex the owner, but from the family friend helping him with the business. He was calling to apologize. No, sorry, you don't get to apologize your way out of this one. Especially when the owner is too much of a coward to do the apologizing himself. He could have called people to cancel their appointments, or even simply put a note on the door so people wouldn't drop their keys in the mail slot. But he did absolutely nothing. He just screwed over multiple customers without a single care. I will never set foot in that building again and I recommend you don't either.

It was done for $742.00 which seemed high for pads and rotors etc. A few days later brake warning lights came on. I found that the brake fluid was low. I checked with Ron's and was told what the correct fluid I could use to fill it. A week or two later it was low again. I called Ron's and was told " it sounds like a leak". Duh. Made an appointment but pedal went to the floor a day before the appointment. Got towed after 1 1/2 by our tow service. Problem was a very simple mistake done at time of brake job. Simple tightening. I suspected it was stolen from my car from one of their employees while in their garage and custody. I. Spoke with manager and he indicted that they do not have video cameras in their garage bays. However, he promised to look into it and call me back, guess what, he never got back to me. At a minimum please put up a sign instructing customers to not leave valuables when they service your Auto.

We didn't know where to park, so we parked on the outside perimeter of the parking lot and that seemed to not be an issue. For both cars, it took about 30 minutes. We waited in the waiting room; once they were done, they called our name and we checked out. The place was busy but efficient, waiting room was packed but we were able to snag a chair. Some have had vending machines. Nope Some have had TV sets to entertain you. Nope Some places can schedule your oil change with an appointment (not here). Now maybe you perceive all of those facts as a negative, and if you do you will probably be surprised by exactly how much I loved my experience here today. Where do I start? How about with John - the ultra-friendly and polite owner who will treat you respectfully and must have a PhD in Customer Service. This guy was amazing. How about the music system -I heard one great Beatle song after another while I waited for my oil change. But best of all, how about Olive, the House Labradoodle who will hang out with you in the waiting area and will melt your heart away.
