I was hopeful from the reviews but was shocked with how amazing the customer service was. Thomas, Ricky and Kevin all went above and beyond today taking care of my car and answering the 100 questions I tossed at them. Even after I paid and received my keys they took extra time to give me advice on maintenance and provided much needed education. These guys were so awesome and I will be coming here whenever I need any work done on my car!

what can i say but thank you, thank you. thank you Mike…read more drove from Weaverville to the coast and the brakes started to scrap and squeal . i was towing a camper trailer headed to the redwoods and then home to San Francisco. went to a big brand name shop to have them checked out . they toke my number said they would call me with a time they could look at it....they never called be back . thanks Les.... found mikes . he was able to take my truck right away. the rear brakes were toast . i grounded them down to metal to metal ,ruining to rotors. he was able to replace the rear brakes and rotors and Calibers . then showed me that the left front wheel bearing was failing . the tire was wiggling all over . i had him replace the the wheel Bearing and hub assembly. he did all this in less than two hours :) the price was good and the service was exceptional. if i lived in Fortuna Mike would be my mechanic for all my vehicles . thanks again

My Jeep was giving me a low oil message, and I needed an oil change anyway, so I came in…read more Sometimes this place is busy, but this time I got right in. After he checked me in, he asked me if I would like something to drink while I waited, and he brought me a can of Diet Coke. How nice. Yes, there are a lot of "upsells" here, but they are not pushy about it. They explained that they do not get a commission on any extras that they sell. And anything that they offer you, if you say no? That's it, no pushback. I understand, it's their job.... It turns out that my vehicle has an oil pan leak, so I'm going to have to have it taken to be double checked. I asked them if they would take a picture Of the pan and the gasket with my phone, so I could show it to my brother who does work on his own Cars. They took the picture without asking. The price for a standard oil change is approximately $65, but you can always find a coupons online just by googling the phrase "oilstop coupons.". I did it before I came in, and found a coupon for 50% off a standard oil change. Not bad at all. They treated me right, and I was in and out relatively quickly. I will continue to come here for my oil changes. Thank you.
