I ordered the moules marinieres (mussels) and my fiance ordered the fish collar. The portions were large, as I didn't expect my moules to be such a large bowl. But honestly, not a complaint! Fries, salad, all entrees were delectable. No notes. Service was friendly and in Europe, definitely not fast paced like in USA. I didn't care as we had no urgency and on vacation. What a way to start off my European trip!

They served both seafood and steaks but more seafood options. There also was a 3 and 4 course option for those hungry diners. We started with a single plate of fried squid that was a good size for us to share. Most were cut into French fry like sticks which was different presentation and then fried. All pieces weee dusted with paprika and came with a side of lemon mayo for dipping. Squid had a good chew to it and a good start off to our dinner. Mussels came in a huge pot, the largest serving to date. We ended up filling two bowls with shells. The wine broth was quite delicious and the bread was perfect for dipping and soaking up that goodness. The whole seabass was another well done dish covered in greens and easy to debone. The fish was light and tender. Service was attentive. A bread service per person was added to the check. Tiny restrooms were located next to the check in desk. The restaurant was quite busy by the time we left. We finished in less than the 2 hour time allotment noted in our reservation. Would revisit should we have the opportunity to return to Copenhagen.

Jensens Bøfhus is as danish as it gets. Typical danish…read moresteakhouse, where you have different meat choices, side dishes, appetizers & deserts. I am a big fan of their salad bar, always fresh and delicious options. It's a nice place to take children if you don't want to go to yet another Junk food restaurant. It usually gets very crowed during dinner time, specially on weekends and of course around payday. It's not the best steakhouse in Denmark, but it's a nice and cheaper option. Service is slow, even if there are not more than 5 people eating.

Min veninde og jeg skulle have kaffe inden show i Viften, og vi valgte desværre R&Y…read more Vi fik to kopper udrikkelige cappuccino, men da vi gjorde opmærksom på det, blev vi bare mødt med "øhm, ej, det er jeg ked af...jeg ved ikke rigtig, hvad jeg kan sige/gøre", og vi endte med at gå derfra 78 kr. fattigere og uden at have fået kaffe. ØV! Det absolut mindste, vi måske havde forventet, var, at de kunne se på kaffen, spørge ind til, hvad der var galt, så andre ikke fik samme oplevelse. Og ja, måske man kunne have tilbudt os nye kaffer. _________ My friend and I wanted to get coffee before a show at Viften and unfortunately we chose to visit Red&Yellow. We were served two cups of undrinkable cappucciono, but when we notified the staff about it, they replied with "uhm, I'm sorry about that...I don't know what I can say/do" and we ended up having spent 78 kr but not having coffee. I would imagine that the absolute least they could have done would be to ask to see the coffee, ask what the problem was, so it didn't happen to others. And I don't know, they could have perhaps offered to replace our coffees.
