But my son insisted that I get my carpet cleaned and he found this great carpet cleaning company for me. I had never dealt with a carpet cleaning company ever and was skeptical that anyone could get my carpet looking clean. Again it was pretty b-a-d. My technician was David and I liked him immediately. He had a very genuine friendly personality, a great sense of humor and he was very knowledgeable. He also was very confident that he could get my carpet cleaned up which I still didn't think was possible! However he was true to his word and my carpet now looks much better/cleaner than I could have imagined it could!! I am very happy w/the result and also the fact that David did not attempt to upsell me at all. I will definitely use him again for future needs and will definitely highly recommend him to people I know! When we were told that we might have white mildew and/or black mold in our attic, we knew that some…read morerestoration companies will "find" mold or mildew even if it's not there. Our search for an honest company led us to West Coast, and we hoped the reviews were true. The good news is, West Coast is as honest as it gets. Askia came out and looked around the attic while I watched from the ladder. First, he showed me that the supposed mildew was some sort of harmless sandy clay-ish material. And the supposed black mold was just "lumber mold", an industry term for "stain fungi"--the common dark streaks in lumber that originate at the sawmill or in the forest, don't weaken the lumber, and are not indications of moisture. Who knew? Well, Askia knew. And he actually spent time convincing me that we didn't need their services. So do I recommend them to you? You betcha! An honest company is a joy to find.

It was the same company but different people running the job like it was a separate company. I ended up hiring another contractor that I had worked with me before.

Jason: The Best Carpet Cleaner and Floor Guy to the Rescue…read more We have been using Jason for a couple of years, and every time he comes, he transforms our carpets (at home and in our offices); however, I felt compelled to write a review to share how I continue to be overwhelmed with gratitude for Jason always going above and beyond. Not only does he work wonders on our carpets, but these past couple of days, he stepped in as a true hero when our furry family member had an unexpected health issue. Jason's extraordinary compassion, quick response, and genuine care transformed a challenging situation into an incredibly heartwarming experience. When my husband reached out to Jason, without hesitation, he rearranged his busy schedule to come to our rescue. We were not only worried about the stains and odors but also concerned about the safety of my elderly mother, as the buckling of the floor had become a safety issue, as there was just too much pee in the carpet padding that affected the underlying hardwood floors. As soon as Jason arrived, his warm smile and comforting presence instantly put us at ease. He understood the distress it caused and reassured us that everything would be taken care of. He then got right to work by skillfully pulling up the carpet, replacing the padding, and diligently fixing the buckling problem. The transformation was truly remarkable. Not only did Jason make the carpets look beautiful, but he also ensured a secure and stable flooring surface. The peace of mind it brought us, especially in regard to my mother's safety, cannot be overstated. He went above and beyond, treating and cleaning the affected areas. I also continue to be in awe of not only Jason's technical prowess but also the genuine care he ALWAYS shows towards our furry family members. Being an animal lover, this was something I noticed the first time he came. His authentic love for animals was evident in every interaction, and especially this time, with our dog's health issues, brought us immense comfort. I CANNOT RECOMMEND JASON ENOUGH. His exceptional skills, coupled with his kindness and compassion, make him a true hero. He not only saved our carpets but also provided solace and support when we needed it the most. With Jason, you can trust that your carpets will be in good hands, and he will tell you if the stain will come back so you always know what to expect. He is very honest and hardworking.
