Check in was smooth and easy, and then I was told that they had to allow the machines to warm up before they could do my mammogram. Guess 30 mins isn't long enough, because we didn't start the exam until about 8:15. The tech told me it takes like 10 weeks to get the results back. Overall, staff friendly and when I left about 8:30 there was a few others in the waiting room, but I felt good knowing that I had gotten the machines all warmed up for the rest of the day.

I arrived by Uber as they were closing, Jasmine was so kind she opened the door to ask what I needed. She could tell my frustrations and had me come in and sit. She took my paper work to the Admin Kim and he made a few phone calls for me. Jasmine had to leave but they allowed me to stay in the lobby to figure out what my work would like me to do. I hadn't ate in 24 hours and the staff gave me some crackers and water, then the gentleman even took me back to the airport so I didn't have to get an Uber. I wasn't even a patient, other staff members checked on me when in the lobby. I've never felt so much kindness in one place. If I lived here and ever needed imaging done I would go here. They have an amazing staff and it's ran like a business should be. Great job!

They are exceptionally professional and have a unique way of making you feel like family through their level of care. They are punctual with their appointments which I truly appreciate; I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for any scheduled appointments. My procedure exceeded my expectations by far. The level of care I experienced was truly state of the art. Doctor Okoro is meticulous in his approach which resonates throughout his work. His attention to details is immaculate and his work shows a great level of finesse. I honestly could not have chosen a better surgeon for my procedure. I would recommend Dr. Okoro to anyone looking for not only an expert in his field but a professional who truly cares about his patients.

It was my first time meeting her. The office staff was amazing; however, Dr. Straughn was not. She was rude, crude and more. After reading reviews from other patients, Dr. Straughn's rudeness seems to be consistent. We cannot ALL be wrong... I genuinely believe that as patients, we partner with our medical professionals in the furtherance of our medical care. She showed great disdain for me asking questions. I was really concerned about the growth on my jaw given that both of my parents had cancer. When I asked if there was a possibility of the growth being cancerous, she stopped, glared at me, and stated emphatically, "either you are going to trust me or you're not." It was at that moment I decided that I would not return to her for treatment. There was no way I could partner with her in my care.

Apparently there is no grace period for the "last" appointment of the day which was never commmunicated when the appoitment was made. The front desk staff told me that there is a 15 grace period for all other times except for the 4:15pm. All I'm asking for is courtesy and communication. If I wasn't making it to my appointment it would be responisble for me to call and cancel. However the same isn't required vice versa. I almost had a titty attck when they said the doctor left. How? If she still wold have been sitting in the office with me at 4:20PM!!! Waste of gas, waste of time. Customer Service is important - ask Keith Lee

The care seems nice but they never told me that before having my blood pressure taken that i wasn't supposed to eat within the hour. So it always read that i had high blood pressure. On my medical records the notes often said i was obese-- And i'm not... I'm just built heavier because pre pregnancy i used to go to the gym. The women that look after you here are nice but there are a few that have made me uncomfortable because of their attitudes in the past. One woman taking my blood made it extremely uncomfortable, i think she put the needle in incorrectly? And a woman taking my blood pressure didn't let my arm sit in the right position so it read wayyy higher than it was supposed to. My new ob/gyn has definitely made me realize how mediocre the care was for me here and it's a shame it took them pulling the rug from under me to find that out the hard way so close to the end of my pregnancy. Don't settle just because you want a black doctor. You see based off of the news that it doesn't matter what you do! The doctors at Emory midtown made it all over social media for Labor and Delivery icks. Most people just don't care these days. It's about the money for them.

These last two times I agreed to see the PA and not the Dr. herself due to scheduling. There's no reminder sent that you're due for an "annual visit" so you need to keep track of when your last appointment was and when your prescriptions expire. They will not renew your prescriptions if you haven't been in person in over a year. The phone is rarely answered when you call, but I was pleasantly surprised that this time I received a text message reply allowing me to text back and schedule an appointment. Sadly still no option to schedule online or via email but at least they allow text messages now. Also in the year 2026 you are still required to wear a mask to enter. Thankfully I stash one in my car for these reasons but I noticed they gave one to someone else who had come in after me. The website is also frequently down. Thankfully I remembered where to go in the garage and which door to enter but if it's your first time you will want to know this before you get in the car to go there. It's not intuitive at all. Thankfully my skin concerns are mostly about routine maintenance at this point so these visits tend to be very easy. Last time was with the female PA and this time was the male. Both were very friendly and attentive. I arrived shortly before my 3:00 appointment and wasn't called to the back until 3:30. The visit was brief and by the time I'd scheduled my next appointment it was already 4:00. Wait time can definitely be improved but at least it's possible to communicate with the office via text now.
