First thing I will let you know up front is that I did not have any food, but my friends and I sat at the bar for drinks! Loved the atmosphere and the bar was cute. Our bartender was super friendly and helpful. Really liked his pin with a wine glass and wine bottle! My friends and I grabbed drinks! I enjoyed the Ocean Drive and my friend got the refreshing Bianco! Really enjoyed the drinks here :) Definitely a chill bar to relax and unwind!

This place was the perfect Italian spot. We were sat outside for a 9pm reservation on a Saturday night. It was great for the outfits we were wearing. We weren't dressed too fancy. Inside of the restaurant was very nice with dim lighting. A great date night spot. I loved my salad but I felt it was a bitch chewy if that makes sense. The French fries were delicious as well as my friend's burger. You can't forget dessert... we recommend the warm brownie any day any time. Get the brownie.

Amazing food, superb service, wonderful and intimate atmosphere. We were there with a large party and they could not have been more accommodating. The staff were friendly and efficient, and they added to the overall festive feeling of the event. Food was superior, especially given that they were preparing so many meals at once. Loved the arugula salad, and the salmon was moist and perfectly done. The chocolate gelato was kissed by the gods! Best I've ever had.

A beautiful place and superb food. Visited restaurant for lunch with the group. We shared a few appetizers first. Burrata with prosciutto was an absolute standout - maybe the best, the freshest burrata (supplied daily) I ever had. Tuna tartar and polpettini were also very tasty. We also shared T-bone steak special as a main course, "bistecca Fiorentina" style - I generally avoid steak at the restaurants, but this was a standout - perfectly cooked, great rosemary-infused flavor, just excellent. Roasted potatoes and Cauliflower sides were very tasty as well. Excellent service, prompt and attentive. Recommended.

Felice 83 is a classic Upper East Side Italian Restaurant. This is the type of restaurant that, if I lived in the neighborhood, it would be a regular family go-to. I went with a large group for an event, and we started at the bar. This is the kind of place where, if you were a regular, they would greet you by name and know all your favorites. The bartender was very attentive to our entire group of women - and we were of all different races and sizes - and made sure we had drinks completely to our liking. A few of us ordered off the menu, and some had very specific drink orders. I wanted to stay at the bar because the bartender was so inviting, and it already felt like a good time! We moved to our table, and of course, the setup is beautiful and old style with beautiful plates, comfortable chairs, and lots of forks. I love places like this. I felt important. I mean, it's the Upper East Side after all. I wanted to be a little healthy, so I ordered a salad..... BUT that all went out the window when I saw Arancini on the appetizer menu. I ordered the Arancini and shared it with some people at the table. It was an ample serving and delicious. After, I ordered the Milanese as my main course. The traditional chicken Milanese came with wild arugula, roasted plum tomatoes, and freshly grated 18-month aged Parmigiano-Reggiano. I am not sure if this was a healthy dish, but I tricked myself into believing so. The salads and vegetables were incredibly fresh, and the chicken was fried perfectly and juicy. I used the lemon all over my dish, and my stomach was singing Italian operas and Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin songs. Some of my tablemates ordered pasta, and they were equally excited about the fresh pasta, the large servings, and the sauces and cheeses. This is a wonderful environment to throw a party. Our groups consisted of at least 10 people. I felt we were well taken care of at each point of the evening. The restaurant was full, and that did not impact our experience at all. Next time I am in NYC, I will come back!

Unfortunately I left underwhelmed by Felice 83. I think the ambiance was nice, it was pretty on the inside and was dimly lit. The service was good as well, they had a nice drink menu with some good options. However I was not impressed at all by the food. We tried a few different appetizers as pictured, but everything just missed the mark for me. Cacio e pepe is something that can be made so simply, but it seemed like they somehow messed up the sauce. It was extremely oily and watery, not at all creamy and barely any cheese flavor. I think there are certainly plenty more well executed italian restaurants in the nearby area, so I would not return.

Had an amazing experience at Felice 83 this past Friday night. My son and I were visiting the city and wanted an Italian dinner. We walked from the Met and had an 8:45 reservation. The hostess greeted us right away and sat us at a cozy booth. The restaurant was busy but our server was friendly and quick. I decided on a glass of wine- yum. We knew it was restaurant week but didn't think we would be able to participate since it was Friday. We were excited to find we could order the three courses even though we had a ton of food! My son decided on the ricotta toast and cacio de Pepe. I went with the calamari and chicken Milanese. We both had the tiramisu. Amazing!! The ricotta toast was wild with the figs and honey. The pasta was the perfect texture and sauce was delicious- even though I only got one bite! My son said it was his favorite meal of the trip. The chicken was great and was bigger than the plate. I ended up taking it home. Tiramisu was spot on. Service was great, food was fantastic, and the ambiance was perfection. We would definitely return.

No sure why the score is so low for this restaurant because our experience was excellent. We had the milanesa, seafood linguine, a side of lemon spinach, organic orange wine and Italian beer, everything was delicious and well served. They also offered courtesy bread and olive oil. Service was attentive and ambiance was cosy even when sitting outside. This is a place I know I could go over and over rather than just cross it down from my to-go list. I would highly recommend for diner or lunch. We visited on a Sunday during brunch hours and had a great experience.

We happen to visit friends in the neighborhood and they recommended we go to Felice for dinner. So we were first time customers we had a delicious meal the special with fish, a wonderful appetizer and a delicious dessert as well as wonderful service. We would highly recommend Felecia to anyone who's in the neighborhood

This place was incredible. Our server was over the top, we sat outside and they didn't miss a beat on service. The bottles of wine are a bit pricey but they have a great selection. The food was tremendous, very authentic and very Italian. If you're in the area go here don't doubt it.

Still dreaming about the dishes I had here. Restaurant is beautiful and has a cozy vibe to it. Service was very attentive and always made sure we had what we needed. For starters, we ordered the Bruschetta and Polpettine. Bruschetta was so good and the tomatos were super fresh. The Polpettine is a MUST ORDER. Between the sauce and the veal meatballs, there's so much flavor. I could've easily ordered another dish. For entree, I had the Ravioli della Casa. Really good portion and the ricotta with the spinach was perfect. If you are super hungry, I would recommend ordering starters or sides to help complement the entree dishes. I will also say, the prices are a bit expensive but based on the quality of food we received, I think it's well worth it. Will be back to try the other dishes!

This is the other Italian restaurant on the corner of my street. It's a chain as there are multiple locations. I walk by it every day on my way to work and when I walk back home from work there's always people sitting outside on the sidewalk or in the little dining shed thing. On the weekends too it's a popular place. We decided to give it a shot. At night, the lights are dimly lit so it's really difficult to see the menu. There's a tiny little candle on the table but it's not enough so everyone was using their phone flashlight. So we also used our phone flashlight to read the menu. It was a busy night so service was a little delayed, but not by much. A got the fettucine bolognese and I got one of the specials of the night - the sea bass (I think). I hadn't had sea bass in a long time so i decided to go for it. Sea bass was cooked perfectly - not overcooked and had a nice lemon flavor to it. Also came with potatoes that tasted like they were fried but they clearly were not. The potatoes were really good but potatoes always fill me up really fast so I tend to not eat a lot of them. A liked his pasta dish. We also got tiramisu to share and it was a very good tiramisu, like up there in my favorites. So far, my favorite tiramisu was from Da Nonna Rosa in Brooklyn. Their portion was massive and it was $10. Here I think it was a bit more. But all in all, a very good restaurant and a place to go to for special occasions.

Me and my fiancé have become regulars here! The food is always on point and drinks are even better, you can normally walk in on the weekday but weekends are a tad busy! They also have a bar side that is attached to the restaurant which has a more casual side and food can be ordered here as well!

There were a couple specials when we came on a different menu. We ordered a bottle of wine, antinori, ravioli ricotta e spinaci, maccheroni sull'anatra and tagliatelle al tartufo (twice). Everything was delicious but definitely the tagliatelle al tartufo was the star. I'm basic and I love a truffle gnocchi or pasta but this one far exceeded my expectations- from the fresh truffle shavings being included, to the homemade pasta texture (perfectly thin) and lastly but not least the sauce! The sauce wasn't a standard heavy cream tasting base, it was light while still being rich and strong in tartufo flavor. We ordered a second one because we all liked it that much. A close second was the maccheroni sul'antra, aka a duck ragu. I've never had a duck pasta and the fact it tasted like duck but had the same texture as a traditional ragu with pork was delicious. Service was great as well! The whole staff is very welcoming and very friendly while I was waiting for my friends to arrive. I was a little worried after reading reviews about bad service, but Shannon couldn't have been more friendly or attentive (she even told us the specials twice). Burrata e pomodorini was good as well and tasted so fresh. For entrees we shared two. The famous lasagna is as delicious as people say with all the yummy layers. We were blown away by how good the pappardelle al limone was. The pasta noodles were long, tender and homemade with a delicious lemon sauce. A must! We ended with the flourless chocolate cake and stracciatella gelato. Again so good. We had a few different glasses of wines we enjoyed and Shannon even let us try them before commiting. The dining room strikes that rare balance between refined and comfortable. It feels like a place where people actually enjoy lingering. The wait staff were attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without being performative, and genuinely friendly. Service felt easy and unforced -- the kind that elevates a meal without calling attention to itself. We ordered from the lunch menu and were impressed across the board. The pear and endive salad was beautifully balanced -- crisp, slightly bitter, subtly sweet, and thoughtfully dressed. The steamed mussels were fresh and fragrant, served in a broth we happily sopped up to the last spoonful. The fettuccine was perfectly cooked and deeply satisfying. The braised rabbit was tender and nuanced, and the veal and ricotta meatballs were light yet rich, clearly made with care. Even the house wine deserves mention -- excellent, well-paired, and generous enough to make a midday meal feel celebratory without excess. Overall, it felt like grown-up Italian dining done right: elegant but unpretentious, thoughtful but never fussy.
