This store's quality seems very hit or miss depending on the time of year. I understand it's located on an island and high traffic can be challenging, but I've been here many times. I wish they would hire more staff to meet the store's needs. I've never had an issue with the service; the service is always excellent, Whenever I walk in, I'm greeted, and I'm always asked if I need help finding anything. It's primarily the appearance of the store that sometimes makes me wonder if the Manager on Duty even cares about the store's presentation. Aside from that, I love the products, and the prices seem very fair. Not sure if this location is going to stay open,I'm aware that many locations of this company are closing. I'm hopeful that this one remains open.

This would be completely understandable/reasonable if they were currently short staffed in the store..but many times, other employees are behind the counter, just kind of hanging out. However-- the fair prices and typically excellent customer service got this establishment 4 stars.
