Our Trex Deck Contracted through Lowe's Seekonk MA and Felcor took Nine Months to Complete... It Should Have Been Done in Three! Felcor had to return Multiple Times to Repair/Replace Unsatisfactory Work that Was Done in the Construction of my deck last year. Felcor installed damaged/stained Trex fascia boards and lattice even though I told Michael Wood the Exterior Product Manager for Lowe's it was Defective and They Should Have Known! Felcor also broke a piece of vinyl siding on our house during installation of our deck and needed to replace it. This is obvious in the photo that is included in my review. read more

On April 19, 2021 I had contracted with Felcor to install crown molding in our kitchen. I had already purchased the materials but needed to have them installed. Due the the intricacy of the two piece molding and the amount of miters required, I chose to have a professional do the job rather than attempting it myself as the product was prefinished and expensive. David from Felcor arrived with another worker and completed the job in two hours. They did an awesome job and it looks great. They cleaned up afterward. This is the second job that Felcor has done for us, and we have contracted with them to remove old wood cedar shakes and replace them with Plygem Cedar Discovery siding. Felcor came out on the date scheduled and completed everything within one day. They were friendly courteous and extremely efficient. Sandy at reception at the company kept everything coordinated and made sure that any questions I had were answered quickly and accurately. Thanks very much! read more
