Originally scheduled for Tues but was unable to make it so I made sure to call prior to the scheduled time and left them a voicemail. The owner then called me 5 TIMES, left 2 voicemails and texted me 3 times. I called her back and rescheduled for Thursday. When I dropped my dog off at 11:30, she advised my pup would be done at 1. Around 1:20, I had not heard so I called and the owner started yelling at me!! She said that one of her employees called out and I could "come get my dog if I wanted" meaning that my pup had been sitting in a crate for hours without anything being done. I told her I could back at 2 and she said she would not be done til 230. I advised I also run my own business and I couldn't wait the extra time bc I had other priorities in which she proceeded to tell me that my dog might not be dry. she then proceeded to tell me "well, you know how it is running your own business" HONEY, No I don't because I know how to manage my bookings... I could tell she was under a lot of stress but taking it out on me is not okay. As a buisness owner myself, I would NEVVVVER talk to someone the way she did to me. ZERO STARS IF IT ALLOWED ME TOO. NEVER TAKE YOUR DOG TO GET GROOMED HERE. THE OWNER SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OWN A BUISNESS AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO CALL HERSELF A SMALL BUISNESS OWNER. I took my Pomeranian here today and when I picked him up the owner who said she has been a groomer for 20 years did not do his secretion area right, so I showed her specifically where she missed and asked her to cut straight down below the anus to do it correctly. I did not check anything else around there after until I got home. I was shocked that she cut behind his legs entirely, into his sides and the top of his tail. He looked awful like he was butchered and a 5 year went at him with a clipper. When I was in the shop I couldn't tell because he was sitting down and when she lifted him to show me her hand was covering everything else. I called the shop and spoke to the owner and she started yelling at me telling me she had the whole thing on video and was extremely rude and aggressive. She said I told her to shave everything blatantly lying to me. I sent her a video of him and how she cut all over him and not just his butt and she did not respond so I went back to her shop. I was very upset at the way she spoke to me over the phone and the lack of empathy she had. The fact that she calls her self a groomer is appalling. When I went back to her store she was again very rude and extremely defensive and aggressive immediately when I walked in saying I have video tape. I had my Pom walk around and showed her and she acted as if I took him home and cut him up myself saying I didn't do that. I said I just paid you $70 to groom him are you serious. She was laughing at me hysterically with no customer service at all. I felt totally scammed and asked her for a refund. She said she would give me a free grooming next time and I said I would never let her touch him again and again asked for a refund. She finally said she would give me a refund after giving me a fake apology while still laughing in my face. Then her sister comes in with a teen boy and they all start ganging up on me. She retracts that she ever said she would give me a refund calling me a liar again. Then telling me she needs the money. She kept telling me she had the video of me telling her to cut everything from him and I asked her to show me the video and she wouldn't. I then asked her to replay the one of us right now of her saying she would refund me and she kept forwarding past it saying she never said it. I finally was over it because she was not going to give me a refund or even give a fuck/no care in the world. I have to say that I have never felt scammed before from a small business owner till today. I have never received such poor customer service and lack of professionalism or integrity of a business owner. I then read some reviews on here and they commented on the same type of behavior and attitude. Then to top it off she started texting me after all that an hour or two later and was so rude again calling me a liar. She sent me the video finally of me supposedly saying to cut everything when what I said was cut straight down. I don't care what the back looks like I don't want him to have dingle berries. I did not say cut his side and all of the hair off the back of his legs and cut all the hair off the top of his tail and half of his tail off. I can not express enough to never step foot in this shop. She will reply calling me a liar and say I told her to ruin my dog. Plea understand that I never post reviews so it says a lot that I spent this much time painting the picture of what happened waiting this much time trying to ensure no other pet owners or their animals ever have to experience what I did today. If give this place a big fat 0 if i could. I paid and then tipped over 20% and they walked him out to me and his paw started gushing blood. She said she cuts puppies nails short because she "wants them to get used to getting their paws touched." also, they told me "he sure does pee a lot" Well, he was there for 3 hours and he's a puppy, what do you expect? They also told me he was was on SUCH good behavior but that the other puppy there was so badly behaved. Why would they talk bad about another persons dog in front of another client? If they would have been up front in the first place about what happened, I would have understood better before walking out. She even mentioned that she should clean the paw out since it wouldn't stop bleeding and then she didn't. I will NEVER go back there. Such an awful first grooming experience for my poor puppy. Worst experience ever! Don't take your dogs here! I had been using this dog groomer for the last year but this last time I was shocked what she did to me and my dog. First of all to try to schedule an appointment was a nightmare as she wouldn't return my calls I pretty much was consistent in calling her until she finally answered. Then I take my dog in and she is not there another girl took my dog in and she said that the owner would call me back to see how I wanted my dog groomed. When the owner was working on my dog she texted me and said for me to come pick up my dog? I asked her what happened and she said my little 8 pound dog was bitting her? And I told her yes I've been coming to you for over a year every two months and you know that she doesn't like anyone touching her butt so you have to put a mussel on her. She's not a new customer and I've never have had an issue in the past. But she just texted me sorry come pick up my dog and to never come back. So I immediately left my house to pick up my dog and when I arrived NOBODY was there!!! The door was closed and I waited for over 1 hour and nobody ever showed up! I kept calling the owner and texting her with no response! Finally the girl from the morning showed up and says that the owner had to leave to San Diego and blah blah blah! Who the he'll does this!! So unprofessional! I told her I've been here for over an hour I have things to do and my dog is in your shop! The cherry on the top was that she DIDNT finish grooming my dog and still charged me FULL PRICE! I don't like arguing so I just paid her and was like wow!!! Unbelievable!!! read more
