The pills she recommended were reasonably priced and worked beautifully after eating poorly over the weekend. Shocked to find this place has a frozen food and produce section. This place is a gem! From local produce to mushroom extract, herbal teas to vegan meat. Feel Rite has it all and leaves you feeling better then you did upon entering. Staff is great and always attentive. They are knowledgable and eager to help! Take the time to ask questions, read labels and search for what you need. This shop is everything from a grocery store to a pharmacy all packed in a tiny space just big enough to offer you an extensive variety. You can use your health insurance wellness card on everything in the store too. Even the pans, skillets and pots they offer are somehow non chemical and ecofriendly! I really like this store. It's fairly small, but they have a very extensive selection of vitamins and supplements, and a pretty good selection of other grocery items. In my experience, the staff is awesome. I'm always greeted as I walk in, and they usually offer help finding things, but never hover if assistance isn't needed. One time as I was checking out, the person working the cash register (I believe to be the manager) informed me that they actually had coupons out on the shelf for one of the vitamins that I was buying, so I got another bottle for free. I was already checking out, so they had nothing to gain by pointing me to this coupon... I just got free stuff! There are also often free samples of various small items at the checkout. Another time I was here, they appeared to be training a new employee, and were teaching them about the benefits and use cases of various supplements. It was pretty cool to see that they actually know and care about the stuff they sell. Finally, I'd like to briefly comment on some of the negative reviews I saw as I was reading through the previous reviews before posting mine. It seems that several people had issues with mask-wearing enforcement and/or perceived rude attitude during the height of Covid. I have no place to try to discredit somebody else's experience, but I feel important to share that my experiences have been very much to the contrary of these negative reviews. I personally have never been particularly concerned about Covid, and as I'm writing this review in June 2022, when masks are no longer mandated, I never wear one. Some of the employees still do, and some don't. I have never been made to feel guilty or uncomfortable in any way for not wearing a mask. I think that amid this divided social climate, we may be more inclined to experience a misunderstanding or miscommunication and attribute it to malice. Let's try to remember that we are neighbors, not enemies; and try to give each other the benefit of any doubt. read more

Older store, seems pretty easy to navigate. Parking right in front of building. No public restroom though, which I was in desperate need of. I called ahead to have them hold 2 products for me that I wanted to pick up on my drive home from work. I walked in, told them my name, got the bag, cashed out. When I got home, I realized that the one product, which I most needed (!!!!!) was expired. Other products in this line literally have a 4+ year lag to expire. So that item had been sitting there since probably 2012. They must not check their Bach's flower essences often! I was so annoyed and had to exchange it the next day at the Transit Road store. Word to the wise, check expiration dates before you cash out/leave! Otherwise, the employees were nice. read more

I have been a faithful and satisfied customer of Feel Rite for decades in North Buffalo, but I will never return to this location in West Seneca after encountering an unbelievably obnoxious manager. This older female manager waited until I completed my purchase with another sales associate and then excoriated me for wearing a face covering that she didn't think was good enough(I have been wearing a full plastic face shield in stores since April without any problems whatsoever). If I had received this rude, uncalled-for treatment prior to cashing-out, I would have simply left the unpaid-for merchandise on the counter and walked out of the store. I wish that I had had the presence of mind to get her name, but I was so taken aback by her aberrant behavior that I just left. read more

Hubby has been on a diabetes II type drug which he detests. Side effects for him are scary. He has refused to continue his meds. I had heard of several herbal remedies which may replace his "Big Pharma" 'script. After researching these alternative remedies I headed out to Feel-Rite to test the waters. A very attractive young man was working and I expected nothing. Walked in with a list of screwball sounding names included among them them - gymnema sylvestre - and anticipated that he would not know what I was referring to or needed. This hottie- for real, a handsome young man maybe 20 or so, looked at my list and querried ' "Are you looking for diabetes suppliments?". Floored me. He knew what I was looking for and he had two bottles remaining. My bottom line here is that the staff is knowledgable. Prices are good. They offer coupons on occasion and they offer a loyalty card. I only gave it a 1 star because I had to put something, I would have rated it a -10. I was in the Seneca Street store a few Saturdays ago and was very upset, I almost left the store. I have a broken ankle and was on a knee scooter. An older nasty woman followed me and told me I had to have my mask over my nose, well I did, she said no that mask wasn't good. She proceeded to follow me everywhere, she said we have extras of these (the blue masks) if you want one. I declined, I have an issue and cannot wear those. Why would you go up to someone if you don't know if they have problems with those other masks. I have worn these types of masks for several months and have never been treated the way she treated me. Nobody has ever said anything about my mask. As I stated if I didn't need the vitamins I would have left. I will tell you I will never go into that location ever again. I will drive the extra miles to the store on NF Blvd or go elsewhere. read more
