The fresh produce, organic coffee, as well as frozen food items including dinners and soups are vast and good quality. We come for alot of their organic medicines and herbal pills. I don't do all my shopping here, but when I need that one natural supplement I come here first.

This Feel Rite rocks because they've a cafe with organic food!!…read more I was excited to see the new location (moved from Maple Rd) opened and I didn't anticipate the wonderful addition of the cafe. I don't normally shop at Feel Rite but they do carry some brands I can't find at Wegmans (i.e.: Garden of Life vitamins) so once in a blue moon I'll pop in to browse around. Everything here is more expensive but they do have sales - i.e.: I brought a bag of Simply 7 quinoa chips listed for $3.59 but on sale for $2.50 today. I was greeted by everyone in the store when I stopped by at opening today. Thumbs up to the friendly staff! I love the layout of this store, it's definitely much bigger with more selection than the previous location. And back to the cafe - my kiddo ordered the "Super Hero" smoothie this morning, and he thoroughly enjoyed it (as did I from the few sips I was able to steal!). They also have fresh organic juices, hot drinks and baked goods for breakfast. It's awesome to find a place that serves smoothies & green juice in this area without having to trek to Elmwood Village! The cafe also serves sandwiches, wraps, paninis and salads. There's plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy your food inside the store.

Prior to this, I've ordered their food & had it delivered. I was barely inside the door when two friendly employees greeted me & made me feel very welcome. They let me look around without feeling like they were hovering, but were available for every question. I spoke mostly with Yunique about all the things the store offers. She explained how the coolers were set up with the men's portions on the left, the women's on the right. She showed me the dessert cooler, and explained how on Fridays, meals are $5. She encouraged me to come early. They have some stools set up in there, and I asked if they have a smoothie bar. She said they do not, but that there are plans for one. 95 Nutrition carries 1st Phorm protein, which is a great quality cold-pressed protein. I used to order it online, and this is the first place I've seen that carries it in-store. I love that you can pre-order your meals online & have them delivered, or you can pick them up in the store. Even better: you can customize your meals. If you want potatoes instead of rice, you can get that. If you need gluten-free, that's available. If you don't like spicy, let them know. Yunique explained that they frequently make customized meals for their clients. My past experience with their meals has been very positive. I've eaten spaghetti, burgers, wraps, Chinese food, and chicken meals. Homemade meals with great flavor & healthy to boot! What more could you ask for? Oh, and they say if you eat 4 of their meals a day & nothing else, you'll have sufficient nutrients & calories, and lose 1-2 pounds a week even if you change nothing else about your lifestyle. So if you're looking for weight loss, they are a great resource! (And I recall reading recently that they now have your WW points figured out for you!)

Our family consists of a vegan, a vegetarian, and two keto'tarians. Feel Rite has a good variety of…read morefoods that cater to these dietary proclivities. I'm particularly impressed with their keto aisle, with several snacks and baking items that are vegetarian and low-carb-no-sugar products we enjoy. The small grab-and-go prepared foods section also has some house-made keto snacks, like keto fat bombs and keto lemon bars, which are pretty good. I do wish the grab-and-go offered a keto'tarian veggie sandwich or wrap of some sort, but I understand that is likely a tall order for the limited market of folks with these eating habits. Perhaps they could add a keto veggie sandwich for order, since keto bread keeps well frozen and can be toasted on-demand as needed. Just a thought for the Feel Rite kitchen to consider. ;-) There is also a great variety here of singles of keto bars and vegan chocolate bars too, many that are organic fair trade. Don't get those mixed up, as the vegan chocolate is definitely not keto, haha. This year we purchased our Thanksgiving Tofurky log from this Feel Rite. I appreciate that this store is so plant-forward, but be aware you are going to pay for it here. A 2.5 lb. Tofurky log kit that came with a plant gravy and a small side of vegan brownies was fifty bucks! I suppose the consolation is you are supporting the little guy grocery store to help keep it in business. Prices all around are going to be more here than at Whole Foods or other grocery stores, unless you happen to hit a good sale on an item you want, and with one notable exception--eggs. Local free-range pasture-raised organic eggs are usually under $5 a dozen here, which actually beats Walmart's and Whole Food's regular prices for comparable eggs. In a perfect I-won-the-lottery-world, I would gleefully fill my cart with much of my grocery shopping staples at this Feel Rite. But the prices make it cost prohibitive for our current family budget for this to be a haul-shopping store for us. So it will remain a grab-a-few-things favorite for our mostly plant-based fam' until I hit it big. :-)

If you eat seasonally and value keeping your money in the local community, this is a great place to do both. Things I love: Great deals on seasonal produce, especially for members (I signed up on my second visit and boy is membership worth it!). High quality meats. Plenty of locally grown and made options with clear signage. The bulk section is especially great - bring your own containers and you can get some excellent savings on dried fruits, grains, rice, nuts, candies, beans, spices, loose-leaf tea, and more. Sometimes they do tasting days where you can try samples of the pre-made food items. Non-food things: Staff is all friendly and helpful. Parking is easy. They have an electric vehicle charging station in the lot. There is a "little free library" style shelf at the front to share books; there's always new stuff to read and often a selection of cookbooks to try out. Some prices are higher than at other stores so I do shop in multiple places depending on my list. For anything I want in bulk, local, or organic, this is where I get it. Plus, people here are just nice. Staff, customers, everybody. The vibe here is positive and comfortable and it's just a nice place to be.

Our chocolate cakes are about 4 1/2-5 inches in diameter. The topping choices were: fresh raspberries and blackberries, colored sprinkles, pecans and chocolate pieces shaped like 1/2 footballs. Courtney first made the dough to make one of the chocolate chocolate chip cookies. It's only a 90 minute class, so that bowl of dough went back to the kitchen to be baked off. Courtney then made fresh vegan vanilla buttercream, just to show us how easy it is to make as a vegan topping.. Since it was not a full class we were all offered a second cake to decorate with the vegan buttercreams and the other toppings.
