Love this place! We visit from Florida, and every time we come up to visit, we always shop here, it is a mixture of produce, meat, milk and vitamins and proteins - just about anything that you want an organic grocery store (everything is organic). In my opinion top of the line! A must go, you don't have to search around past all the non-organic stuff you usually have to in a regular grocery store, just pick what you want because it's all organic, they should make more stores like this one. read more

This is my first time at a Feel Rite Market. I went there to get that "WINK" sugar free ice cream I keep seeing ads for. Unfortunately , I guess they don't carry it anymore. I was really bummed. The store has a lot of really good things that I'd love to buy, but unfortunately this store is Extremely Expensive. I could never afford to shop here. I was also interested in some CBD oil for pain. Too much $$. I'm sure it's prob expensive everywhere though. The employee who helped me out with my questions & check-out was super nice & very helpful. If you have $$, check this place out for healthy foods,snacks,meds, vitamins, etc.... You'd really have to go in there to see all the stuff they have. read more

It's not a palace like Lexington. It's not a snobby giant chain like Whole Foods. It is a convenient place to get organic and healthy foods, supplements, juices, dairy and produce. I find prices here very competitive - usually lower than on line stores such as Amazon.com I am in love with the Waverly Farm eggs. They are delicious - like the ones I remember when I lived next to a farm. There's also non-homogenized milk complete with cream at the top. As a bonus, the store is a few feet from my house, so I can walk there any time I want. read more

Feel Rite is a little market that not only sale alot of healthy items, but they have available alot of organic items. You can also find alot of vegan, and gluten free items. The fresh produce, organic coffee, as well as frozen food items including dinners and soups are vast and good quality. We come for alot of their organic medicines and herbal pills. I don't do all my shopping here, but when I need that one natural supplement I come here first. read more

This Feel Rite rocks because they've a cafe with organic food!! I was excited to see the new location (moved from Maple Rd) opened and I didn't anticipate the wonderful addition of the cafe. I don't normally shop at Feel Rite but they do carry some brands I can't find at Wegmans (i.e.: Garden of Life vitamins) so once in a blue moon I'll pop in to browse around. Everything here is more expensive but they do have sales - i.e.: I brought a bag of Simply 7 quinoa chips listed for $3.59 but on sale for $2.50 today. I was greeted by everyone in the store when I stopped by at opening today. Thumbs up to the friendly staff! I love the layout of this store, it's definitely much bigger with more selection than the previous location. And back to the cafe - my kiddo ordered the "Super Hero" smoothie this morning, and he thoroughly enjoyed it (as did I from the few sips I was able to steal!). They also have fresh organic juices, hot drinks and baked goods for breakfast. It's awesome to find a place that serves smoothies & green juice in this area without having to trek to Elmwood Village! The cafe also serves sandwiches, wraps, paninis and salads. There's plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy your food inside the store. read more

Their product selection is pretty good but what really makes this place great is the employees. They're so kind and patient and really go above and beyond. I'm not sure what heals me more, the products I buy here or the interactions I have with the people who work there. I frequent this location mostly because I get a $500 allowance each year from my insurance and this is one of the locations that accepts the card. The location itself is fine right off of Niagara Falls Blvd. there is usually a decent selection of fresh produce although I don't expect to be able to do all of my grocery shopping here. There is a small freezer section and of course the standard organic and natural vitamins supplements beauty supplies etc. I think my biggest issue is of course the pricing many of the items here can be had for a much better price elsewhere. However this is a smaller operation so you're supporting a local business and for me that's a good trade off. I am always hoping that someday they will have a more robust juice bar and clean food operation going in their kitchen area I'm not sure if things are slowing down due to Covid or if it's always like this but I think they could really do well with more of a selection of fresh squeezed juices for those of us who are more suburban and don't necessarily want to go downtown or to Williamsville to get a fresh squeezed juice. The employees are all super helpful and they do you have a punchcard system where you can get money off future purchases I believe Wednesdays and Saturdays are also double punch days so that's probably when you want to make your best and biggest purchases to maximize savings. I've found what I wanted and found the staff here to be very helpful and knowledgable. Prices seem reasonable but I don't really have any comparison points either. Parking is easy. Feel Rite is 100% my go to place for coconut water. This location is convenient, though the parking lot is often full. (Lots of people going tanning a few storefronts down?) There is a pretty good selection of specialty items and brands that you can't get at Wegmans. But the prices are kind of high on some things. They have a punch card discount thing but, frankly, I think it's kind of a waste because you go through this whole song and dance of filling up the card (which takes a ton of punches even if you only go on double punch days) all for what? A $5 discount. It's hardly worth the aggravation given how much money you have to spend to get that. Underwhelming discounts aside, the quality of what I've gotten has always been good and I love discovering new products. Their front display of candy and such by the cash registers is dangerous. Both because there is good - but also occasionally expensive - stuff. Overall, worth checking out and finding what specialty items you like there. read more

The last straw with this horrible store. Went in looking for Quest products. Specifically Quest Chips and anything other than the protein tubs.... I looked and looked and saw no Quest products anywhere. I asked the girl at the register: "Do you guys sell Quest items, like Quest Protein Chips? She said "ohhh I have no idea". So I looked around again. Asked another girl on my way out "do you guys sell Quest chips?" She says "We may have some Quest Protein but that's all". I say "ok but this is a health food store after all, right?" Aaaand she says "well those aren't healthy for you at all!" Whaaaaat?! And I say "well for soomeone on a low carb meal plan they're just fine". And as I'm walking out, she very rudely yells back "no, they're no good, they're full of junk".... How much of a nutrition expert is this person that she has the authority to tell me what is healthy and what's full of junk?? Let me say that EVERY SINGLE TIME that I've walked in this store asking for a product, the answer is always given to me with a deer in the headlight look: "I have no idea". No matter what I'm looking for. Do these people know ANYTHING? This store full of insanely overpriced items. The workers know nothing about the products in the store and are rude. Why anyone still shops here and why this chain is still in business is beyond comprehension. Went to Wegmans. Quest Chips, boom. read more

I am a frequent customer at this store. There is an employee, an older woman with short gray hair who is very rude. Every time I have had any interaction with this woman, it's all I can do not to walk out of the store. She is very short and makes me feel like I am bothering her. Someone should speak to her about her customer service skills and teach her how to interact with customers in a more pleasant way. Also, the older cashier, Dave literally shoved my 5 purchases (over $100) at me under the plastic barrier without asking me if I want a bag. When I asked for one, he said "they're .15 cents." As if he already decided I did not need a bag. It is not the first time he has done this. This location needs some serious help with these 2 employees. Came in for specific vitamins today, found everything I needed in the New Chapter and Garden of Life brands (which makes me happy because I'm all about organic goodness). Everything was on sale 35% off each, you know I'm happy! The cashier was really nice and knowledgable. Overheard him giving advice to someone that I totally agreed with because I had previously looked up and learned the same thing. Anyhow, I mentioned to him that I normally shop at the Feel-Rite on Transit Road and he told me they started selling some of their deli items which I thought was pretty cool because I eat at their deli weekly. Oh my, I wish, wish, wish they had a deli at this location, I would totally be here as much as possible picking up an organic green juice! Omgoodness I wish! Shopped here today and this location is quite nice! Each location, I have noticed, has a different vibe and selection. I purchased vitamins, a natural muscle cream and some ayurvedic soap I fell in love with years ago. All of the staff was wonderful! Everyone spoke to me as I shopped and at no time did I feel hovered around, watched or harassed. My questions were answered very sincerely, and I left feeling happy with the experience. I have noticed that all of the Feel Rite stores have ample and capable staff, so clearly, they are doing something right in this Covid time frame. Kudos! read more

Lots to smile about today: Free samples from the juice bar (convinced me that I'm not using enough ginger in my blender juicing), the Nordic Naturals rep, Joe, was in that day. He loaded me up with samples for the dog and me & coupons, and it was DOUBLE PUNCH DAY. picked up a giant jar of Mrs. Bubbe's bread & butter organic pickles for only $5.99..a steal. I'm usually busy in the supplement section. today, I investigated the whole store. I found organic fresh produce, ghee, beans, makeup, and SPELT PASTA! spelt crackers, too. I go here to find my random organic: "hippie dippie" products that I use. I don't find that they are more expensive than other stores in Buffalo, in fact I think its less in most cases. I really like how they have a big selection of health and beauty products in addition to being an organic food market. Overall: The store is clean and neatly organized. I however don't purchase food here so I cant attest to the freshness of the produce. I've had really good service here minus once experience that I witness happen to someone else. The store clerk wasn't rude but you could tell he was a socially awkward person and didn't really know how to socialize/help the guest. I ended up helping the guy find an essential and carrier oil. If you need some kind of supplement or organic health product I would definitely recommend checking if this place has it first! read more

This market is great for a lot of organic and natural products that you will not find anywhere else in Buffalo. There is a wide variety of vitamins and herbal supplements which can sometimes get pricey, but most would expect that when getting specialized organic items. When it comes to beauty products, they have a wide variety of products that use little to no chemicals. I love the selection of body lotions they have that smell just like any other products you're used to but with out all the residue that normal lotions leave behind. Feel-Rite is also great for organic foods and snacks that are definitely hard to find anywhere. It's a cute little market with some good health food items but... I left without buying what I came for because I was so uncomfortable with these two weird people continuously hugging in the middle of the aisle I needed to go down. They stood there hugging for a good 5 to 10 minutes at least- maybe longer, I got fed up waiting for them to clear the way and left so I don't know. I even came back to the aisle several times hoping whatever moment they were having was over but alas, the moment never ended. I've gone in needing advice, and the ladies who work in the afternoons are above and beyond knowledgeable and helpful. few other 'locations' ... not so much. I always frequent the Delaware location feel rite as it is in walking distance from my home. On Tuesday April 28 , 2020 around 3:35-345 ish ,i decided to pop in grab a few items before I head home, everyone knows it's always different staff working but once in awhile you get a few familiar faces this visit .no one looked familiar but cool as I'm used to it . Today however it was enzo " aj" and a young lady Working.. I come in noticed "aj" behind the resister so I grab a basket started shopping ,the young lady was in the 1st aisle & was on a call , i waited until she finished then asked her about vitamin c gummies by nordic they were out ..so I finished getting what they had v-d and etc... no sooner than that here comes "Aj" from around the register and stand there " looking " ok no biggie but after 5 6 7 minute hes say can I help you with anything .after watching I said no .as I would asked if I needed help, as I ask the young lady when I first came in to shop and as I sure heard, as he was only an ear shot away .. so he continue to gawk. I finish in that aisle ..goes to another aisle Guess whose right there" aj" now I have no purse just my phone and card in hand. VISIBLE...He still watching and profiling me .. so now more folks come in to shop & also noticed "aj" stalking me . I see another young man name enzo who I did ask to help me get zinc.. this guy was amazing but guess who interjected "aj" SERIOUSLY BUT WAIT ..he starts to over talk not just me but the other sales guy.. who was doing just fine . I have been in feel rite plenty of times.. so am pretty familiar with this store layout. To have " aj" Profile me is Bias.. especially as a loyal hard working woman .. I still purchased my vitamins and had my rewards card punched Thinking this bias pompous punk will not racially in rage me to not get my vitamins especially during a pandemic.. This is just the start I will be calling and emailing and writing his manger and the cooperation that over sees this company. I didn't find this store to be anything special. I came in with one thing in mind and that was hummus. They sell a zero fat hummus for around $2.80. This price is pretty standard compared to other hummus containers this size but I really like that they use all natural ingredients and the zero fat is a big plus. They usually have black bean and roasted red pepper but I haven't been able to find those flavors lately. When I came in recently, they had a shiitake mushroom sun dried tomato hummus and I was not a fan at all. I thought that the after taste was pretty awful, the combination just wasn't pleasing. They have hummus chips, which contain half the amount of fat found in potato chips. A big bag only costs around $2.50 and they have different flavors including, cheese, onion and garlic and plain. I was less than impressed with their produce. They had a few things here and there but nothing plentiful. They had about four apples, a few pears, one avocado and some beets. Their organic ginger is SUPER expensive compared to local grocery shops. This is in no way a store that can replace your regular grocery store. They had an array of some vegan cheeses but not nearly as plentiful of a supply as the Feel-Rite on Maple in Amherst. Their nut butters are at the same price point as Wegmans. My favorite thing about this store are the beauty products that are cruelty free. They have a wide array of nail polishes for $8.00. I could see myself coming back here for something really specific like an all natural lotion or vitamins. However, any vitamins I really need can be found elsewhere. Apparently they have punch cards here. I was asked at the register if I had one. After replying no, I assumed she would inform me about the punch card and ask if I wanted one, but she didn't. Needless to say the punch system will remain a mystery to me. read more

This location is my absolute favorite Feel Rite location. The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and they have a great selection of food, snacks, vitamins, health and beauty products. The girl with the crazy colored hair is easily the star of this store. There isn't much that she doesn't know and she's super friendly! If it wasn't sexual harassment I would even say that's she's super cute. But that's just me. Regardless everyone here is honestly the best and if you have to go to any feel rite location this one is the best. It might not have a deli or super fancy equipment, but the people there are great and that's all that matters. read more

They do carry a lot of health food related items. The only trouble is that almost everything in the store is marked waaay up from what other local stores sell the same products for. Feel Rite is the most reliable market I have found for any food or supplement that is organic, non GMO, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Kosher, etc etc. There are always so many items in the store so products can occasionally be overlooked but the customer service is so great that if you cant find anything the clerk will direct you to its exact location. This is of course if you hadn't already asked the clerk when you first walk into the store and they Greet you asking "May I help you find anything today" or something along those lines. This is a great local business ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction enabling you to special order products which aren't on the shelves and after they are shipped in, you receive a call letting you know your item is in stock. Otherwise they will call around to the other stores for you to see if they may have it in stock or if they can ship it over to a particular location convenient for you. There is a great variety of product in the store and always new ones on the way so I check in often to see whats new read more

If you are in need of products that only feel rite sells, I'd strongly recommend the Maple Rd. location over Delaware Ave. I stopped into the Delaware Ave. location recently and the associate (I believe she might have been a supervisor or assistant manager of some sort) was beyond rude. She was rude to the point that I didn't buy anything, just walked out. I headed over to the Maple Rd. location where the associates I encountered were friendly and helpful. Almost every item in the store is marked up an extra 2-6 dollars. It is a good place to get ideas of healthier things you may acquire reasonably elsewhere. Such as right across the street at Marshalls. The essential oils come often come in packs of 3 at Marshalls and are good quality. In the summer months, they have very reasonably priced hydrosols. The smaller bottles of the Trace Minerals line are cheaper at Vitamin Shop. The Imagine brand soups are $3 or $4 cheaper at Wegmans. My advice to the store is to stop heavily marking up every item and offer a better variety of low cost items to increase repeat customers. I don't mind the high cost of the hard to find cosmetics, salves, and international drinks, but I laugh when I see things I buy at Wegmans or Amazon rounded up to to the highest number. However, I have to admit, when I first moved here, this store really came through for me with delicious apple cinnamon gluten free flax muffins. They were definitely worth the $7, and not getting sick---priceless. read more

feel rite on delaware is my spot to stop for all of my vitamins/supplements. i take advantage of their double stamp days on wednesdays and saturdays. everyone is so helpful and able to answer my questions whenever i have them. i can always count on leanne as well as the rest of the crew for exceptional customer service. very thankful to have a place like this in the city! read more

Almost everything in this store is overpriced and the customer service is awful. The only reason I stopped by the store because I have a $3 off over $20 coupon and it was on my way. While I was there to get a few things for Christmas, I caught the cashier making a mistake on one of the item and she corrected it but I didn't catch another mistake with a coupon. She did not take the discount off the total purchase. I was heading out of town on that day and could not go in for the credit until I return from my trip. I did call and informed someone at the store about the mistake and she said just come in when I can and they will give me a credit. When I returned for the credit, the girl at the cashier said she doesn't know how to do the refund and I had to come back another day when there is a manager available. So I called the store on the next day and spoke to the manager to make sure she will be available. I explained that I won't make it into the store until later the week and explained to her about the mistakes on the receipt. The manager explained they have a new cash register system and it's causing a lot of errors. She said will be available on this certain day to give me a refund. When I finally went to the store for the refund, the lady at the register took my receipt and went to the back room to speak with the manager. I think I waited for about 5 minutes until the cashier came back. She told me I need to bring the products into the store in order to get a refund. I said I gave the items as gifts and I don't have the items anymore. The cashier told me that she couldn't give me a refund. I was getting annoyed at that point. I already called twice and went back to the store for the second time. I said there was clearly a mistake was made on my receipt and I just want to get my credit. She goes on in a rude voice that I waited too long to come it. I also told her I spoke with the manager and she said it wouldn't be a problem and I asked to speak with her. The cashier was hesitant to get the manager until I demanded I need to speak with her and she shouted in a snotty voice, "It's only 3 dollars". The manager finally came out to see me. She had purple hair and she does not look professional. She gave me a song and dance before she agreed to give me a refund. I told her I didn't like how I was treated by the cashier and she said in a snotty voice "there is nothing wrong with my employee". I am so pissed that I am complaining there on Yelp. The point of this is not about $3. It's they made a mistake on my bill and it needed to be corrected. This is not how you treat a customer. My advice to people, go to Wegman instead to get all your organic products and vitamins. It's a lot cheaper and they will treat you better. Any problems with credit or the product, they take care of it immediately. They give you a refund, they don't question you and treat you like shit. read more
