I waited for two weeks to adopt a cat because she got sick (which I only found out because I called them) and they never called me back once during that time even though they promised me many times that they would. Eventually I adopted from another shelter. But if you can get over the annoyance of communicating with the staff, this shelter has many great cats that need a home.
