Took my female German shepherd nika for years to there old location on Preston in Louisville. Use to get her a bath nails done deshedded for under $50 then they raised price so I had to pay $63 for a long while. Plus moved further away in hillview. But nika liked it there. So I made the drive. Then recently out of nowhere they said it's going to be over $80. Smh. Said I hadn't been paying enough for years. lol. I been a loyal customer for years. Driving almost a half hour and they raise it $20 smh so now I go to places closed to me. Like pet smart. Where I get it done for $60 because these big chain stores have coupons. Like Petco and feeders supply. Always have coupons. It's just a shame they chased away a loyal customer that was willing to drive out of the way to come there. Just because they needed to be greedy. lol. I can understand sometimes having to raise your prices, but to jump $20 was ridiculous. They obviously don't care about their customers. Just the bottom line.

I went to pick up my dog . and these people were putting my dog in there car , it's a good thing I puled up when I did . he would have been gone . and went back in and told them this , and was ignored like nothing happened! please don't take your animals here . you might not have it when you go to pick it up ! if they mixed up your dog twice, and then play it off like it is no big deal. can you imagine how they treat your dog while they are in there . never wil recommend them to eny one period!

The store and pet wash is clean and well stocked. The price of the pet wash includes use of brushes, ear cleaner, a variety of shampoos and conditioners, towels, and pet fresh spray. I do think the pet wash could use an update because the doors to most of the bath bays are broken and only one of the bays still has the ties to keep the pet in place, I've also been to other locations where they had bays that were easier to get bigger dogs in and out of.

This has looked this way for several months, and it has been brought to managment's attention on multiple occasions. The owner doesn't care. She actually asked me to make sure to avoid letting it show in my pictures of the dogs because she would rather hide issues and deceive the parents who trust this business rather than fix the problems.
