    Consensus: Feed Bistro is a great place to have a nice fancy dinner in Copenhagen with some absolutely delicious food! ______________________________________ Food: We got the beef wellington and the cutting board appetizer which were both absolutely phenomenal! Highly recommend the beef wellington as it was amazingly good quality beef and the red wine sauce and mashed potatoes as well as the mushrooms and veggies that come with it make it an all-star dish! The cutting board was also great as it gave a sample platter to try lots of their appetizers, my favorite being the wagyu arancini and the tuna confit! ______________________________________ Service: Service was great and the staff are very nice! You can hang your coat downstairs on a coat rack for free as a side note. The serving time was relatively quick for the cutting board, but the beef wellington did take some time to come out so I'd definitely recommend ordering appetizers to eat while you wait! ______________________________________ Ambience: A very moody interior with lots of warm mood lighting and nice wood and metal contrast materials. Definitely a spot to take a date to while abroad or just a place to have a nice upscale meal! The attire was relatively casual and don't expect to need to dress up in a suit, something more casual like a long sleeve and jeans seems pretty acceptable here. ______________________________________

    Beef Wellington w/Fresh Italian Truffle paired with a red wine sauce and mashed potatoes were great. Food experience gets a 8 out of 10. The service could have been a lot better on the timing to check in with the patron and having all the correct utensils prepared so the patron doesn't have to ask for it. Additionally, when asked for sparking or still water the waitress forgot to bring it out. Service experience gets a 5 out of 10. The ambiance is lively and the volume level is at a level you can hear yourself think :) Feed Bistro has some work to do but the appeal is still there.

    I booked a table at this restaurant because I saw that it had good reviews on Trip Advisor. I was not disappointed. The food was delicious. My friend and I shared a Salmon Tasting Starter. It came with 2 thick slabs of smoked salmon and salmon tartar. The slabs of salmon were like a cross between lox and salmon sushi. Not too salty and soft like butter. The salmon tartar was superb. All the flavors paired well together. For the main, I got the Slow Roasted Pork with Crispy Skin. It was a lot of meat and they weren't lying about the crispy skin. The top layer was like biting into a chicharrones. You could hear that crunch from a mile away. The meat was very tender and went well with the glaze. I really enjoyed the meal and recommend others to stop by.

    This was easily our best meal in Copenhagen. Small intimate feel, creative delicious food, and warm wonderful service! All of this for a very reasonable price. I feel we have stumbled upon this place and will be able to say that we knew these chefs before they were famous. The store is run by two young chefs looking to make a name for themselves, and I'm confident they're doing exactly that. We ordered the taster appetizer, which I highly recommend, a sandwich (which was huge and delicious), and a beautifully prepared steak. We will definitely return to try more on their menu.

Lots of shredded chicken but overall smooth and tasty. We crumbled the bacon to add some texture and that was even better. The marinated salmon was ok but we liked the nice pop of flavor from the pomegranate seeds. I may try to add them at home to my smoked salmon. The egg and shrimp smorrebrod was tastier. We returned our empty plates back to the counter when we were finished. Not completely in love with open face sandwiches but may try again on a future return trip to Copenhagen.

We also got a window seat which had a beautiful view of the square below and some stunning architecture. We sat there for awhile just enjoying the view. When we were flying out of the Copenhagen airport we noticed this same restaurant inside one of the terminals. It's awesome to see such high quality food be offered in such casual but busy spaces. We'll definitely be back!
