Other stores gave me a huge headache and made my project seem like a huge problem for them. Not UPS. My project was not a problem at all for them, and they completed it quickly, too. I was really thankful that John helped me. After feeling frustrated by my treatment from other copy stores, John assured me my project was easy for them, and he was polite and respectful to me. I think this store is a winner if you want your work done fast and with people who are polite.

I was running late to get a package to the Hespeller location (cut of at 4:30pm) so I opted to go…read moreto the UPS at Walmart. I arrived at 4:35pm. The UPS is located right next to the optical location. With the UPS vehicle just outside, I knew I made it for the 5pm cut off. So I went in, pre-labeled. There was a patron so I said just dropping off and asked if I caught the pick up. The middle-aged attendant said no, its already on the road. WHAT? But your website says 5pm and they are just outside. The middle-aged attendant said, you're not allowed to just go up to them while they are on the road. I thank the customer who was there being assisted for not getting annoyed with me for basically cutting the line. So I waited in front of the UPS vehicle for the driver. At 5:45PM he came out with groceries in hand and was heading into the truck. I approached the driver, a young late 20s and shared how I had a package can he take it because the guy inside apparently won't let me move on to the vehicle. He said sure bring it here. Remember I dropped off the package at 4:35pm. Over the 10min, the middle-aged attendant never scanned the package. When I took it from him at 4;50PM he was like "WAIT WAIT WAIT!" and pulled a cell phone to scan the package. You turd, you didn't scan it in the 20min it sat next to you?!?! Avoid this location when possible, the middle-aged attendant acts like a gate keeper to "service." The young driver also gave me a tip to avoid this place and actually go to Hespeller because pick ups are usually later than 4:30pm (Thank man!).

I still tried calling and to my surprise they answered! I explained the situation and the gentleman was kind enough to stay and wait! I got there and couldn't find my ID. I was able to confirm the tracking number and provide another form of identification and I was able to collect. They went above and beyond and I am happy they did. 5 stars!

Called the store and was told my package had arrived 5 days earlier. Went to the store and they argued with me that they didn't have it. They also served customers behind me instead of continuing to help me ( just like when I came the first time). I finally pointed to a bin and said my letter is probably in there. 3 people looked, couldn't find it, brought a handfull of letter packages, said it wasn't there. I was the only one in the store, with my 2 weigh bills already filled out when I walked in the door. I normally put the pkg on the scale for the employee to write the weight. They then fill out the "UPS use only" portion at bottom, then hand me the top copy. This fellow, ignored me when I put the first pkg on the scale. Then another person came in behind me, who he helped for the next 5 - 8 minutes, giving a package to someone without the proper identification. He was not happy with them and definitely showed it. Then when they left he looked blankly at me and finally looked at the scale and read out the weight. I asked what I was to do with that, and explained to him that the UPS employee normally fills it out for me and hands it back. He told me it was "NOT HIS JOB", very abruptly, and continued on, that others did it only as an extra service for me, but it was definitely NOT HIS JOB. I asked where I was to weigh the package then, he said he didn't care, it was NOT HIS JOB. I asked in the future what I was to do, he said he would do it, but again I was to know that it was NOT HIS JOB. Left there in a very bad mood. I work with customers every day and do extras for them as well without making them feel bad. This fellow will decrease customers for this store. I will not go in again.
