I've spent the better part of my natural life in W.B. But until the other day never knew this place existed. Its kind of nice to have a ship/pack/service center in this area , especially one that's off the beaten path. Like.. the path leads to no where. I picked up something here that required signature and I wasn't home to get it. It was under my side business name, but addressed to me. The little office park across from Clark street school in WORCESTER is the entrance to this location. Once you go past the old empty office buildings and Red Cross building you are again in W. Boylston. The road leading up the hill to Fed Ex is rather full of classic New England Crater style pot holes, so if you are in a rush, slow the hell down around that corner. Go immediatle to your left and all the way down the end of the corner of the building to enter in the cusotmer service area. For a Wednesday night it was rather busy. I encountered a supervisor/manager working on shift with another CS rep. Manager was cool, calm and collected as a couple of men were trying to ship large items and had half the instructions their boss left them with. It was terribly annoying for me since the other rep was busy with a very needy/involved customer. Not as annoying for the manager, who again, kept it super cool with the almost 20 min ordeal. during this time I noticed the CS rep to his right was becoming increasingly agitated with the other two men. Given they were loud, using speaker phone and speaking to another co worker that sounded less than competent, in another language. That really bothered me, she wanted them to leave so bad, she kept glaring at them, sucking her teeth and doing the loud sigh/exhale thing only in response to anything those two did. Funny thing: even though I was patiently waiting next in line, it wasn't her customer, and there was a line building behind me, NO ONE else seemed annoyed or perturbed by those guys ( who apologized a hundred times) except her. She made it known. When my turn came and the needy customer who needed 20 copies of everything and confirmations for this that and the other thing left the building, I commented on her being flustered and having to do a bunch of paperwork following their visit. I said "Take your time" when she apologized for the wait. To which she responded with " Oh, Can I?" not too sure if that was a jab or a honest thanks, but nonetheless, she did indeed take her time and spent another good 8 mins finishing up the previous person's order, organized her desk area , uttered some overly stressed out statements like " I just don't know how I do it somedays!" " Oh man, is it time to go home yet? " THEN asked me what she could do. Didn't have my door tag, but printed out a confirmation email with tracking number. Took her no time to find the package, but because it was addressed to a business ( my name 1st line - business 2nd line) she ALMOST didn't release it to me because I didn't produce a business card. I think she may have noticed how instantly and visibly angry i became, even before saying anything other than "No I don't have one" firmly. That she released it, but claimed there were no restrictions on the release other than it had to be signed for. Payment/signature was less than 30 seconds and I was on my way. This place has been around longer than i can say, its a but beat up on the inside and the card readers dont do chips/android/apple or pay pal. I did notice they have all the supplies you'll need and they are happy to wrap up and properly get any item secure before shipment there, which could save tons of time. FedEx driver attempted a delivery of a parcel. I immediately stopped him before he left as both ends of the package were opened. The parcel weighed 50LBs and was heavy. The parcel itself was damaged and he tried to leave but I stopped him. He did not speak English and used his phone as a translator. After going back and forth with him I refused the package , helped him tape it back up. I then received an email that it was DELIVERED. It was NOT. It was refused by myself because it was damaged . The shipper also received the same email. He lied. Today I just received an email that the same package is out for re-delivery....yes the same damaged parcel. They told me he brought it back and retaped it up with the damaged parts inside. FedEx you should be ashamed for this shady practice. I have the entire 11 minutes he was here on video. Drivers suck, package has been out for delivery for 2 days but apparently that's a difficult task for these drivers to handle.

For anything remotely important that you need to deliver to the Leominster area, go with USPS. Two days in a row the FedEx drivers "attempts" consisted of: not walking up to the door " couldn't find the address," and then slapping a blank could not deliver tag on the front door " because the business was closed or no one was home." Both days someone was waiting all day specifically for this package. It contains equipment that is critical for the operation of my business. Driver didn't ring the doorbell, didn't read the large sign with instructions we taped to the front door. We know this because we have security cameras on site, including a video doorbell. Watching that security camera footage is beyond frustrating, every parent with teens that follow half of their specific instructions knows what I mean. Now we have to wait an additional day to try having it brought to a FedEx drop off location. Hopefully this the driver can find Walgreens. Customer Service is not super helpful, there is virtually no way to directly reach the driver or the franchisee without physically going to their location and banging on the door. So we are left with the robot customer service agent, and whatever the online account allows you to do, it's disappointing and best. read more

Federal Express indicated I was not home for a delivery on 1/2 but I was. Driver never attempted the delivery. I waited outside for him on 1/3 and received the email I was not home while I was outside waiting. Then I received an email it was out for delivery on Sunday 1/4. I called Federal Express to confirm and was promised it was out for delivery that day, Waisted 3 days on this delivery. After I filed a complaint not only that delivery but one not needing signature was not delivered. Customer Service a complete joke. read more

Once again, customer service is not helpful. Never even attempted to deliver and THEY CHANGED my address! Fixed it after my my correcting them. And AGAIN, they can't find it. You never know who you are talking to and they just keep repeating the same thing. "I completely understand how frustrating this must be, Genevieve. We realize how important your shipment is to you and we will do our best to prevent this from happening and complete the delivery of your shipment as soon as possible. You can continue to monitor your package on http://www.fedex.com and sign up for alerts through the FedEx delivery manager. I can also sign you up to receive email notifications. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration." Emails and notifications are not helpful when it keeps saying that they can't find my address. Which everyone else seems to be find without issue. This is the 4th time just this year (we use UPS or USPS when we get to choose) that they have done this. I have not have the best experience with Fed Ex in the past but today was completely different. I have always had a great relationship with my driver Onyx who is probably taken on a higher role at this point or at least should be given a promotion. I called last night to make sure my package would be delivered correctly as their was a delivery exception. Promptly this morning Jimmy called me and took great care of me and made sure everything was delivered correctly. He communicated with me and everyone else perfectly. I really appreciate this. Every single time they are supposed to make a delivery to my home (a residential address) they try to deliver it to the school next door (a business address) instead. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. When the school is closed (like during summer vacation, duh!) they call it a "delivery exception" and I have to call them to try to get my package redelivered to the ACTUAL address. Usually end up having to waste time and money driving to the center to pick up the package after multiple failed attempt on their part. The driver did not even attempt to deliver my package, the front door was open so if they had walked up with an actual box I would have heard them. They simply slapped a could not deliver sticker on my door and walked away. I called customer service and they promised they would attempt to deliver it again later that day, but they never got in touch with the driver. If I could give this review 0 starts, I would. I set up Delivery Manager for a package requiring adult signature (laptop) to be dropped at one of their FedEx Depot locations (Shaws), since I would not be home when it was supposed to arrive. I received the text notification that it was at the drop location, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told that the driver would not leave the package because no one at the drop location would sign for it (I'm assuming the driver wanted my signature, since the "deliver to" and "valid ID" addresses have to match). So I'm wondering 1) if FedEx is that incompetent that they have have a drop location, with no process in place to actually drop off the package 2) why the driver checked it in as being at that location when he did not leave it there. When I called customer support, they said that the pkg would be at their main FedEx location for pick up and I confirmed with the rep. the hours of operation for Sunday, since I would need to cut my vacation short and come back to pick it up before Monday. I was told they were open until 7pm. THANK GOD I confirmed before driving all the way to that location because it is CLOSED on Sunday! So I lost a day of vacation AND did not get the laptop in time for my business meeting on Monday. Complete incompetence in every instance of customer interaction. read more

FedEx is the absolute worst. I have been on the phone with them constantly for the past five days because my package was delivered to the wrong address. I have eight boxes of flooring now that are MIA and the contractor is sitting around waiting. Won't tell me where it is. Every day they tell me re-delivery is tomorrow, package never shows up. You can't call this location directly because they are incompetent morons who can't read a label and tell the customer service center every day that they "weren't informed of this before" despite my calling multiple times a day. This is really the worst package delivery service EVER. They do not care where they leave a package, albeit the middle of the driveway, where you could run it over as you leave your garage in the morning. Or they can throw the package from one end of the sidewalk all the way to the other end which could be 20 feet because they have a quota to meet. If per chance they do come to the door they do not ring the bell to let you know it has arrived. Now after seven years of living in the same home and getting packages delivered they claim there is no such address. Packages left out in the rain, in the driveway without notice and now they can't find our house. I was told by FedEx that they would deliver a package to me late today that I had to sign for. After waiting all afternoon, I received a text at 6:45 from FedEx that they had tried to deliver the package at 6:30 but no one was home. All afternoon I was home stationed at a window that overlooked my driveway and the street. No FedEx truck drove up the street. No truck stopped in my driveway. No one came to my door. When I called to complain, first they argued that a delivery attempt was made. Then they told me that there was nothing they could do. I should expect the package tomorrow. Stay tuned. Worst Carrier Service Ever!!!! Here's my experience and why I will NEVER use FedEX and why I've stopped buying from stores that use FedEx, such as Walmart.com or BlueApron.com 1. I was given a gift from my Daughter. 4 Months of delivered meals from BlueApron. 2 of the 4 weeks never made it to my address when they were suppose to. One was delivered to the back door of an apartment building across the street from me. Someone noticed it 3 days after it was dropped off and brought it to me. One of the "meals" included shrimp. Needless to say, by the time I opened the box the smell was unbearable. The good packaging and the supply of ice wasn't enough to make up for the FedEx Drivers incompetence. I did get two of the packages, but another was lost to who knows where... So, Blue Apron should re-think who they use... 2. I placed an order from Walmart.com. (I have a feeling they will be going under soon, along with FedEx.) They shipped the items in FOUR SEPARATE SHIPMENTS. How can they profit? Any way, 1 on the 4 packages was lost. I looked online and it said "Delivered". Now I had the hassle of contacting FedEx AND Walmart, to find out what the problem is. Waste of time. I was thinking the driver stole it, cause they just seem to leave things in the most insecure places.... I later found out it was just left at an address about 40 number's from where I lived. That's a good distance. Anyone could have just taken it, put the nice resident went out of their way and delivered it to the CORRECT address on the package. Worst service ever. Our christmas packages are all arriving late as the fedex in w. Boylston is "at least a day behind." They won't let us pick up the packages ourselves, even though they acknowledge that they are in their facility. Claimed all the managers and supervisors aren't answering their phones. Why did I PAY for overnight shipping if I still can't get my stuff a week later. So angry right now. Save yourself the trouble use UPS. I have complained to FedEx about the deliverer leaving the ordered items on the front steps or front walkway which is about 20 feet from a very busy sidewalk...I made arrangements with them to have any package to be left on the front...The front porch is a lot safer for items...They still leave them on the walkway or on the steps...Items delivered by them are easily stolen, raffled or mis-delivered, but still near the sidewalk...Two hours ago i found a box, raffled, one end open for a person several houses up the street...Thus, the people you ordered from, FedEx get paid and for the people ordering it is a crap-shoot! as you cannot get your money back due to the fact that it was " delivered "...Brief research indicates that this is going on everywhere, especially if it is FedEx!!...I am 82 years old and have enough problems, mostly homebound and count on deliveries...It is very depressing that FedEx delivery staff do not care...Apparently, people do not matter but as long as companies get their money, that is all that matters... read more

I would complain to their customer service department but they don't have one. I also never use FedEx because they do whatever they want. My company sent me a package that needed to be signed for, I was told to be here to sign for it so I stayed by the door starting at 8 am. The driver claimed he "made an attempt" at 11 am but there is no "sorry I missed you" tag and I haven't gone anywhere. Now I have to go get it from them because otherwise they want to deliver it while I'm at work which is rude of them to now ask of considering I already gave them a day.
