Thats why I switched to going to Staples for all my shipping needs. Now that USPS complained about partnering with Staples, I am moving my shipping to UPS or FedEx. Anything other than USPS. After they verified the website, and I was right, they apologized to me. My post office I usually visit is Greendale post office, they are much friendlier and nicer, however they won't process passport applications. I would not be here if I did not need the passport. The woman was sitting in a chair on the phone. All she said was "UPS?" I said yes and she just told me to leave it on the desk and returned to her phone call. No receipt was offered but I figured UPS would get the package and scan it but 5 days later and UPS has no record. Better off going to the UPS store, might cost a bit more for other things but they scan it in front of you and give you a receipt.

I saw the woman inside and knocked showing her that I had a box and she just shook her hear no. It was a fully prepaid USPS box that I just wanted to drop off. She wouldn't let me in but the Fedex delivery man arrived a minute later and she had no problem letting him in. I have been in before and she's had a poor attitude, but this time was the last straw to prompt a negative review. It's unfortunate that employees (or owner??) like her make the local residents not want to do business there, especially during the holiday season.

For anything remotely important that you need to deliver to the Leominster area, go with USPS. Two…read moredays in a row the FedEx drivers "attempts" consisted of: not walking up to the door " couldn't find the address," and then slapping a blank could not deliver tag on the front door " because the business was closed or no one was home." Both days someone was waiting all day specifically for this package. It contains equipment that is critical for the operation of my business. Driver didn't ring the doorbell, didn't read the large sign with instructions we taped to the front door. We know this because we have security cameras on site, including a video doorbell. Watching that security camera footage is beyond frustrating, every parent with teens that follow half of their specific instructions knows what I mean. Now we have to wait an additional day to try having it brought to a FedEx drop off location. Hopefully this the driver can find Walgreens. Customer Service is not super helpful, there is virtually no way to directly reach the driver or the franchisee without physically going to their location and banging on the door. So we are left with the robot customer service agent, and whatever the online account allows you to do, it's disappointing and best.
