This location is great. The workers are friendly, fast (no wait) and super easy to ship something off. Was in and out in 2 min.

Had an express package to get out. They are open until 6:30 but last time for express drop off is 5:15. I got there at 6:20. The gal at the counter was very polite and gave me a receipt for the letter and promised it would go out tomorrow. This is a good review but first I want to say that the 800 phone tree number is absolutely miserable to deal with. That system hung up on me several times when it led to a dead end and would not let me speak to a customer service rep without meeting one of their specific requirements that I did not meet because I had a general question. Then I went to the actual location on 515 North Havana St. in Spokane. I had an amazing experience there and I use the brown colored competitor quite often as well as the post office so I will compare the three. At FedEx they have several small boxes and several envelopes that are absolutely free when you are shipping something. This is much better than the Brown competitor and the post office that charges you for everything even when you're paying to ship something already. The larger boxes do cost money and that's fine. I would like to say that the gentleman that helped me at this store went out of his way to be super nice to me and helped me in multiple ways. I selected a free box to put my items inside. He offered to fold and package the box for me. And then pulled out a roll of tape that I was not charged for unlike the Brown location and the post office. He proceeded to tape up the box for free and attached. My shipping label also for free. He is a driver who had been off the road due to an injury although I didn't catch his name I wish I had because he has amazing customer service. read more

THEY DONT HAVE A PRINTER! They won't accept your digital shipping label and they don't have a printer for you to use. Another reason why fedEx is trash. read more

Any time I try to mail something at this FedEx location, something goes wrong. No one is ever at the counter to do any sort of business, the employees are all hiding in the back hoping the customers will just go away. I bring in packages to be mailed and get a receipt for confirmation, they tell me their machines are broken down. This has happened several times yet they refuse to fix it or contact FedEx and ask for replacement systems. read more

FedEx is the absolute worst delivery service. A package from our lawyer was scheduled to be delivered on Friday 2/7. The driver apparently was too scared to make the delivery due to snow on the road. Didn't even attempt to deliver. Guess I should have had him talk to my propane delivery driver or UPS which delivered that day. The package is supposed to be delivered on 2/10 but there's still snow on the ground. Any guesses if he'll deliver? Customer Service is a joke. I tried to find out where the pkg was so I could drive and meet the delivery guy, but since the customer service is located off-shore, no help there. They couldn't even give me a number for the hub. This location has no way to print a shipping label. There is no way for their email to accept outside emails to print a label. Waste of time trying to use this location. It's not very difficult to set up and email like other locations or UPS to revive emailed labels and print them. read more

Ordered a wifi mini camera. Weighs less than a pound including all packaging. I received confirmation of delivery on 19 Jan 2023. It stated that the package was delivered at 9:24. I received no package. I looked up the proof and it showed a picture of a long grey paper or felt tube shaped thing about 18-24" long. Hard to tell because the ends were cut off in the picture. It also showed it on the concrete under some kind of wood we dont have. I read the description and it said it weighed 14 pounds and was delivered at 1:24 pm. I actually did finally receive it 5 days later in a 6x3x8 box weighing less than a pound. The information provided by FEDEX was outright lies. How can you trust a company that lies to you like that. Horrible management. read more

Second time in a few weeks that Fed-Ex driver didn't deliver citing no one was home. Problem with this bull excuse is no signature was required and no sticky tag was left on the door either time. Checked video camera. Delivery was not made because Fed-Ex driver didn't show up at my house either time. More accountability is needed with Fed-Ex. UPS is much more reliable. read more

I'm HIGHLY disappointed with FedEx. I had a shipment that was scheduled to be delivered on the 5th of May. It got rescheduled for today, and now they are saying they need 3-4 more days to deliver! Mind you this small box is coming from Los Angeles to Spokane and it was shipped out on the 24th of April. I paid for two day shipping! Never using FedEx again! read more

On Thursday, I received an email saying an important package would be delivered before 8PM on Friday. I had to be home to sign for the package. So, I waited all day, putting other work on hold to be able to receive the package. That night, no delivery, I received an update saying it arrive at their facility at 2AM and would be delivered on Saturday before 8PM. After 8PM, so I cancelled in important meeting. After 8Pm Saturday, I called FedEx and was told it would be Monday before 8PM and they did not have phones in FedEx so I could call to pick it up. I am leaving on Tuesday and need that package. Do I believe FedEx this time? After having proof of their incompetency and demands for 4 days that customers be at their convenience? UPS and USPS have never been so disrespectful and disorganized. If I could give less than one star I would. We have lived in our new residence for one year and 2 months. We receive a perishable package every Thursday and it has not been delivered to the correct location ONCE! It is left outside the gate far from our home on a busy street. Medicine and other very important items are also just left out for people to steal or to be ruined by weather conditions. I have called every week since we moved here and still have no solution to the problem (though customer service assures me each week that they will fix this). Very disappointed with their lack of effort. UPS delivers to us with no problems. read more

I ordered two day shipping and on the third day the left my package at the center. I showed up asking if I could have my package because on the day they were going to deliver it I was going to be at work and couldn't pick it up for 4 days. They said no without even looking up my info. I asked if I could change addresses so I could pick it up from my mother in laws after I got off work. They said no. They literally wouldn't work with me in anyway shape or form. I've done all of those things at other fedex offices no problem. But not here. Worst fedex facility ever. Completely incompetent at delivering packages. My address is a little strange in that it has a 1/2 number. For this reason I leave detailed instructions as to how to deliver packages and can understand if there is confusion. Package was returned to the shipping facility after the first attempt at delivering it, not a big deal. I called and confirmed the address and the sender called and confirmed it twice. I could tell the person I talked to could care less and sure enough no information was passed on. They finally figured it out on the fourth attempt at delivery. I will never ship anything through FedEx again. read more

I rarely need to use Fed Ex, and in the past they have been helpful and responsive. But today, at about 4:30 PM, I arrived large package to return to the manufacturer. It was about 50 pounds. I broke my wrist and injured several ribs in a car accident one week ago and this box was far too heavy for me. I asked the male and female clerks for assistance but was immediately scolded for not wearing a mask. They then stated I could wait outside in the 95 degree heat and someone would assist me. I thanked them and waited as no less than seven customers entered and left. Even with an empty lobby neither clerk bothered to come outside. Fifteen minutes was enough so I called 1-800-go fedex and arranged for a home pickup. The young lady was extremely helpful and arranged for the package to be picked up from my home in the morning. I was only trying to be kind to the Fed Ex delivery people by taking the package to this central location but the treatment I received will stay with me for a long time. And I will not likely ever use this location again. read more

Fedex shipped one of 3 packages to the wrong location. This location @515 N Havana was the one holding the misdelivered package. I ordered it shipped to my local fedex location about 90 miles from this one. The Havana fedex refused to finish shipping it down to my local location citing some vendor error. I spoke to my local fedex office, and to corporate fedex customer service twice, and to the vendor I ordered the item from. None of them were able to explain why this location @515 N Havana would not finish the delivery to the correct location. Corporate customer service told me on two different occassions they would contact the site directly and have it shipped down to me. When I spoke to Trisha, and then her boss George at the 515 N Havana Fedex, they were extremely rude, talking over me, and telling me not to talk over them. They were more concerned with being right than making their customer happy. I will be going out of my way to not use fedex ever again thanks to this specific branch. read more

It is ILLEGAL to intentionally leave a package at the wrong address.when you can clearly see the office hours are from 9-4 and you leave a door tag stating that you will attempt to re deliver the package , but say at the very top" LEFT AT BEACON CLEANERS", and that business's office hours are from 9-3, like what were you thinking!
