The other person who reviewed this place, Leslie R., wasn't sure if the rude FedEx driver was from this location. Well, Leslie, I can tell you that I've been to this location and I'm 99% sure that the mean driver hailed from this place. Why? They seem to employ rude people, that's why. I came in here looking to mail out a package. I was greeted by a sweet woman (probably the ONLY nice person in the store) standing in the back. She was carrying some kind of cleaning product and she smiled at me. "She's on the phone," she said. "I'd help you but quite honestly, it's not my job and I don't know what to do!" She laughed, I laughed, and she sweetly walked away. After 5 minutes, this pissed-off looking woman got off the phone and approached me with a scowl on her face. She stared at me like, "What the hell do you want?" I asked if I could ship a package to Chicago by Christmas. I had a $10 off coupon, and I showed it to her on my phone. She took one look at it and, very, very curtly, said "No." She had a disgusted and disbelieving look on her face, as if I asked her to give me a brand-new Ferrari. "You have to print it out. No. No. I can't take this. No." She sniffed and looked away. I swear at that moment she felt that she was too high and mighty to be in the same room as someone who was using a -- GASP -- coupon!!! I was notified that I had a package being held at this center and I was expected to drive over 74 miles to pick up a package that was slightly miss addressed. My local Fedex driver knows where I live by name and could have delivered the package with no problems. When I picked up the package it had my correct phone number on it but they did not call me for corrected address and used the lame excuse that the number was blocked. I called the number on the package with my cell phone as I stood in the lobby and it rang directly to my land line and message recorder. Why lie to me in the lobby?. I recently visited the FedEx Office at 209 Brian Ave., Silverthorne, CO. Due to the fact that I forgot my employee ID (my employer has a relationship w/FedEx, so we receive a discount), I visited on 2 separate days. On both occasions, I was helped by Carol Spaulding. She was undoubtedly the rudest, most abrasive person I have EVERY dealt with on any level. She treated me as if I was completely inconveniencing her by being there to ship my box. When I had a couple questions for her regarding the FedEx shipping form - she not only didn't want to help me - she condescendingly reprimanded me for not filling it out correctly. The first time I dealt with her, I just thought she might be having a bad day. Her demeanor was unprofessional, she had a rude scowl on her face, and her overall attitude was as if I were doing something completely out of line. When I returned the next morning (at store opening) - I said, "Hello Carol" - and she gave me a look as if I were some sort of idiot...with no response. In spite of the fact that I receive a a discount from FedEx, I will NEVER frequent this FedEx facility again. I was thinking this is the best company and fast to send any thing to any country but I was wrong.fedex was the words company I use.they charge a lot of money for next day.and they lie.I send very important paper to my lawyer and he get two days after.I lost my appointment because I get the paper very late.I call to the costumer service.and I talk to jose.I explain.I pay $108.60 for get the paper next day and they send me two days ago. After I explain.to tell me wait to transfer my call to another person was the responsable.I wait 10 min until Christ answer my call."another representant".!!!!!Again!!!I explain my cituation and the only words the tell me was."I sorry". I ask him to talk to the manager and I tell my history and also I was follow my tracking number on line.And I see they get my paper to the city I send at 2:44pm.but they never deliver to the destination until next day.and the answers he give me was.. I sorry for but we change the deliver man.and we never promised in one day you get your deliver. (So.they charge for next day.and they sending two days after..???????)
