Their prices are competitive and consistent, unlike their local competitors that will increase prices on holidays or when they are busy. Cell Phone ER has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure the job is done correctly. They've even thrown in an installed screen protector just as a "thank you" for being a return customer. These guys are also very LEO friendly. The only suggestion I would have is for them to open a location on the north side so I don't have to drive as far.

All were great at mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads but were unable to isolate the issue my MacBook was experiencing. I contacted Mac-Solutions and within a minute they were able to identify the issue. I dropped off my MacBook and they completed the repair the same day! They were very knowledgeable on all Apple computers (Macbooks, MacMini's, Mac Pro's, iMacs and more!) They also sent me photos of the missing the screws the other techs had left behind trying to diagnose the issue. My MacBook is now running faster than when it was new! Reasonable fees and fast turn around. Highly recommended and they are true to their slogan, "Insanely Great Customer Service". They even called me a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with the repair. Can't go wrong with their expertise and customer service.
