I love the people and service from this store. I have a box there, and they know me by name. I am always impressed by how professional and knowledgeable they are. But mostly, watching them interact with other customers while I'm in line, they are ALWAYS in a great mood, no matter how backed up they are. They also go above and beyond to be helpful. I have seen them spend an extended amount of time helping someone sit down at the computer and work through an issue that was time consuming, and really could have easily told them to go home, fix it, and come back... The UPS Store in back of the HEB Plus on Monarch Street has been very helpful to me in getting me enlargements and copies of material I use for my artwork. I have been going to see them now for about two years and it is always a pleasant visit, even though I am not their highest paying cash customer. I can't say enough about this UPS store. The entire staff make it their priority to ensure every customer is treated like they are the only customer. I travel from Mexico every quarter to pick up medication and pick up packages at this store. Everyone is always brought out quickly and accurately. The only time something has been missing, is when it never got delivered. They only thing they can't do anything about. I would recommend this UPS location to anyone. read more

I drove up all the way fron San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, to this UPS Store. Why? I was moving back to Arizona and wanted to send fragile items before the actual move date.
