I was warmly greeted by Kimberly, who was very knowledgeable and patient. We looked at different watches and she was able to answer all my questions and pointed me in the right direction. They didn't have the watch I fell in love with available, but Kimberly made sure to take down my information and said she would contact me if they received one. A few weeks later I received a call to tell me the watch had arrived! I came into the store the next day. It was the best watch experience I've had to date. Kimberly sized the watch band for me, explained into detail all the watch features and capabilities. The level of attention and care in the service they gave took the experience to another level.
