There are several reasons why this business made a bad first impression on me. The first is because…read morethe lady who checked me in took my clothes and did not give me a receipt and did not take my name she just told me a day and time to come pick it up. I thought that was weird but she later called me and asked me my first name and I told her. Second because they almost lost some of the clothing I left there to dry clean and asked me if I would be okay with picking up some of the things I left to dry clean while they try to find the others. I was at a loss for words and replied no. They told me to wait and they would try to find the missing items. They eventually did find them. Third is because before they even assured me they had found the missing items, they brought a bill out to me asking me to pay. After seeing I was uninterested in the bill until I saw my total dry cleaning order shown to me the young lady finally showed me my things. On a lighter note, the dry cleaning itself was better than some of the other dry cleaners I've tried locally. The customer service, timeliness and attention to detail just need a bit more work.

My clothes smelled nice and fresh. They looked like they'd been cleaned and that was an amazing feeling because when I took my clothes to the other cleaners around town I was not sure they'd been cleaned because they smelled worse than when I took them. This establishment is very punctual. My clothes were finished before the date they told me and the staff were so polite. We even chit chatted for a bit after paying for my clothes. The prices seemed reasonable to me. They even do tailoring there I believe. Great spot to go to get your dry cleaning done. I fully recommend them.

With that being said I spoke with the kind young manager Mary, she had her business take care of the whole invoice!! That is what true customer service is all about so kudos to Mary and her staff!!
