Took advantage of my son and charged him over $1700 just to move to one city to another. What's sad is, he never told us he's charging per guy per hour. He told me it's minimum of $350 for 2 hours and $90 every half hour. Basically charged us a total of $4500 and said he gave us a discount which brought it down to $1700. I almost fell off the chair laughing so hard. Jason did a bait and switch and said he meant per man per hour at $190 for 5 guys....he charges more than any other movers I know. I have her voicemail and would attach it here if reviews permitted that. I was told that I would receive a phone call prior to the movers arriving. I waited this morning and didn't receive one. Then I called was informed that the movers were there waiting for 45 minutes and that I was responsible for paying for that time they waited because someone wrote my phone number incorrectly. When I called, Ann said "normal people" would be where they are supposed to be. They decided to have three movers and NEVER informed me. They moved the same stuff from my old house to the storage with 2 movers. Costing me $77 more per hour more than anticipated. I didn't authorize an additional mover. The owner came to my house last time to give me a quote and left his business card. I have misplaced it (while moving) and Ann refuses to give me his contact info.
